The Boca staff is experienced thus the practice has expanded; however lately they seemed overwhelmed and their appointment status and system reminder is not in sink. Answering and returning calls need attention. Today's experience was intense after I sincerely replied I had no opinion... the tone or mood changed and suddenly the instrument table was pushed a bit to close to me. Maybe a coincidence? Next apptmt will take longer 3 wks instead of 2, because the Dr will not have time to review Invisalign status, because she goes to other locations. Anxious to know if done as I'm on my last tray. TBD

I always have the best experience with all the staff here. Sara at the front, Nicole, Danielle and Dr Schuessler are so comforting during any procure. Dr Schuessler is great at explaining everything hes doing and walking you through the process. I love this office!

My family had a similar experience as Natalia Vico. BEWARE OF THIS DENTAL PRACTICE!! I won't get into ALL of the specifics bc it would take too much time and energy and this nightmare is now in the past. I held back from writing this review for a year. Dr. Shapiro was our family dentist for YEARS. I would strongly advise not falling prey to her Invisalign treatment plan. In the middle of our treatment plan Dr. Shapiro told my ENTIRE family to FIND A NEW DENTIST. A month later our new dentist discovered over 12 cavities in my daughter's mouth. My daughter had a cleaning and X-rays at Shapiro Dentistry a month prior to this discovery by the new dentist. He had to drill over 12 holes in her teeth and fill them. The condition her teeth were in should have been disclosed by Shapiro dentistry but it was NOT. My daughter did have a meltdown in Shapiro's office AFTER being berated during her last visit by the invisalign technician. The way this office treated my daughter, knowing that she suffers with PTSD from experiencing the Parkland (MSD) school shooting, is DISGUSTING. Thankfully, our new dentist is professional, GENUINE and very caring. I would suggest to any one reading this review to find a different Dentist. One who takes their Hippocractic Oath seriously. And one who has the decency to call after you respectfully leave numerous requests to speak with her. A reply to this review from the dentist with #happysmiles will not erase the rude and repulsive way that my family was treated. PS. I have only left positive reviews for businesses in the past. Regretfully, this is my very first negative review.

Very disappointed with this particular visit. Appointment was for 12:20, I was not taken in until 12:45. People do not have 25 minutes to waste in the middle of the day.

Those women answering the phone have no standards or class. I don’t understand the doctor, to spend so much time and money getting your education, just to be ruined by poorly mannered people representing your practice. 👎

This dentistry used to be my favorite because of the sincerity I felt each time I came in. I felt like it was a family business and they actually cared about their customers. I guess there was a management change…over the phone I was told one price but when I came in they tried charging me almost $100 more just for a cleaning. Telling me x rays were required even though they provided the same service (basic cleaning) years prior with no x rays. It was not the additional pricing thrown on or the fact that they had completely been hypocritical about the services. It was the fact the woman chose to talk down to me and had a terrible attitude the whole time. She did not seem like she wanted to help me and she definitely did not care about my well being. It is a terrible feeling when people act without compassion. I highly recommend find somewhere else, they no longer represent a genuine family business, they are trying to scam you.
