I am Dr. Molina’s patient. She is kind, patient, gentle and knowledgeable. What more can you ask? In any busy office, it is a good idea to call and confirm your appointment, and note their name In my experience, when the office called to cancel my appointment, (not their fault), it appeared on my caller ID, as UNAVAILABLE. I do not answer those calls, if they are unavailable, well, so am I It’s an easy fix, I would think. So, without hearing the messages from the office, off I went, on time btw, to the infamous cancelled appointment. (Without my Paxil, so you can imagine the havoc I caused) Due to Dr. Molina’s personal involvement, along with the staff, UPS Insured delivery the next day! THEY HAVE SATURDAY appointments! Also, be sure that the SPECIALISTS WHO WORK IN THE OFFICE , accept your insurance. My husband booked an appointment at the front desk for root canal, only to learn that that doctor didn’t accept our insurance. The end of this tangent is that DR. MOLINA. rates *****

Dr.Herman and staff are outstanding! They always make me feel comfortable and welcome and always provide great, pain-free dental treatments for anything going on in my mouth as well as for my my family. Such a wonderful office, thanks all !

I’ve been dealing with a tooth pain after a root canal done at another place. I liked that I could talk to the Endodontist, ask all the questions, and solve all my doubts, to make a decision about my tooth. He listened and gave me all of the options, without pushing anything just for money reasons. The whole office team is nice and attentive. I definitely recommend everyone going there.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted in March. I was asked to pay the entire cost upfront and was told that my insurance would reimburse me. My claims were denied, denied, and denied. In August (5 months later), a single claim is partially approved. I call my insurance company - they say the dentist owes me a major refund due to their contract, that my insurance only covered 12.6% of what I paid, and that my insurance sent my dentist the check. I call the dentist office and they did receive the check, but somehow I owe a balance and now I'm told my surgeon was out-of-network so a major refund would not be possible. I am refunded 7.3% of the total payment I made for my wisdom tooth extractions. Additionally, through my consultation with the surgeon I was expecting to be sedated (twilight) and especially so with the amount I paid for this procedure. Instead, I realized moments before the operation that I was only being injected with local anesthesia. It took about 8 x-rays to give the surgeon a full scan of my jaw as parts of my jaw were missing from the scans for whatever reason. I currently still have slight nerve damage on one side of my mouth and at this point I don't know if it's permanent or not. It upsets me that this experience was not great as I was previously comfortable with this location and the staff.

To Dr Lee and the all the great people in your office, You guys R the best from 25 years ago when the gums got so bad we had no choice but to pull! From that time on you guys have taken care of all my needs which have been many to today where I walked out with a nicer set of teeth then when I was a kid! Thanks everyone! Going to West Boca Dental Care was a great experience! They accept most insurance and did the routine check-up, X-rays and cleaning as expected. I did not need the almost $700 ‘periodontal deep cleaning’ that Sage Dental recommended and Sage outright refused to do a routine cleaning. Stay away from Sage Dental! West Boca Dental Care is the real deal. Great staff and an all around honest dental office.

The doctor made himself available on a Saturday. I appreciated his expertise, calm manner and pleasant demeanor. His office staff was equally competent and easy to work with. I needed to visit the office as an out-of-towner however if I lived here I would definitely want to go there as my dental office.

Dr.Herman and his staff always do a wonderful job. I've been seeing Dr.Herman for almost 10 years and I have zero negative things to say about him or his staff. The dental hygienist are all fantastic, personable and do a fabulous job as well. I would absolutely recommend that everyone goes to see him.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into this office- I needed 4 wisdom teeth pulled and a root canal, and I was terrified to the point of tears. I just wanted to leave a review regarding both procedures- I felt literally no pain, no discomfort, nothing!!!!!!! I was shocked both times. I don’t remember the name of the doctor who pulled my wisdom teeth, but he did wonderfully, and today Dr. Bas M Antic-Groen did an absolutely perfect root canal. Not only did I feel literally NOTHING, but he kept me feeling comfortable by being friendly and telling jokes, he was precise and attentive, and everyone in the office made sure to be very attentive to my specific medical needs. I can’t thank this office enough, at the end of the day the dentist is a scary place for many of us. These doctors take care of their clients, and the work speaks for itself. Thank you for being great and putting my worries to rest ☺️

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dental facility. Do not recommend whatsoever.

. Kinda felt like a cash grab. Like the vibe you get from a shady car salesmen. Not good. Dr Herman was weird too. I can elaborate more . Just ask nicely. Thanks.
