Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry

I had an emergency. I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted and I went to my general dentist who was able to extract it....mostly. There was a tiny little piece of the root that had broken off. She said I had to go to an oral surgeon. She got one on the phone but they didn't take my insurance and couldn't see me until Monday. I was able to be seen by Dr. Raffoul within minutes of leaving my general dentist's office. He stayed late to see me, gave me the best care ever, and was just super nice about everything.. The office staff made me feel so comfortable and really cared and made the process so easy for me. I definitely have to say this will always be my dentist now!

Love love love this office! I had a bad experience with my past dentist. I’m so embarrassed to go to a dental office again. Mattie their dental hygienist I give personally 5 stars for the personality and dedication. Made me feel confident with my smile again and walked me through my appointment. I truly appreciate the time she gave. Showed me before and after photos and I feel like I can smile again! Thank you Mattie!!!

This office is the best! The staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Fadi Raffoul was the sweetest and I will continue to come to the office for dental care. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental team. I highly recommend you visit them for your dental needs. Can’t forget to say how much I loved my new accessory (ice pack head band)

Everyone was so friendly and compassionate. They took great care of me. I was not a patient of theirs and they still got me in when I had a toothache. My own dentist couldn't extract the tooth for 3 weeks because she was so booked up but they got me in the next day and got everything taken care of. They discussed all the options with me and helped me make the decision that best suited my needs. They pulled the tooth in the morning and by bedtime I had no more pain. Everything healed perfectly. I felt like I was at a Dental Spa. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Just had my first cleaning at this practice by Maddie H. She was so kind, gentle, and reassuring. She took what is normally a painful experience into one I am excited to come back for! Thanks Maddie! Dr Patel, and the entire front office staff are incredible as well. There are a lot of options for dental care in this area, but this is the only office you should go to. Many thanks to the entire team here! I’m truly grateful.

A zero star "VIP" experience! I was there last year and right from the start the atmosphere was weird... It was a hygienist lady that checked me in and did the scan, and all I could hear was: please come in my VIP customer, get into our VIP room, seat on our VIP chair... It was incredibly awkward! Long story short , they priced my teeth for over 20k which was an incredible amount of money for me, so I decided to post pone the surgery for no longer than 3 months to revise the budget. I followed up with them 3 times about new date and never heard anything back, I was completely ignored. So not only I paid and waisted $250 dollars just to see and consult the surgeon but they just sent me another invoice months later to pay as my insurance haven't covered some scans. Seeing now other bad reviews it looks like it's their common thing to do so I must review it thoroughly. But things turned out perfectly as I ended up having my surgery in the amazing implantology office with paying way LESS and way better customer service, a real VIP service. Take my advice and do your research, you can do it better and cheaper somewhere else, I fell for 5 stars reviews and wanted to proceed with surgery blindly thinking, this is the best option, it is not! And I am so disappointed as I waisted my time and money!

I am NEVER comfortable going to a dental office but Dr Klaib convinced me that dentistry has differently changed. I left that office Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry feeling renewed about dental care . This organization and it’s people were wonderful and I rate them 5 plus great place!!

I'm not a difficult patient but my great quality given genes make me probably one of the most difficult like a small mouth (family may feel a different way) narrow jaw. I always give this place one hell of a time to make the impossible possible and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm forever thankful for your hard work and dedication.

Dr. Patel was incredibly kind and understanding. She quickly came up with a comprehensive treatment plan and made me feel comfortable moving forward. Fernando the hygienist was incredible and made my anxiety subside. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone and everyone!

Dr Raffoul is a wonderful amazing fantastic person and professional. He has the biggest heart and loves making his patients happy. I am so so lucky to have found him, I cannot recommend him enough! His entire staff loves him as well and they are all pretty great to work with too! He does beautiful work and is a perfectionist about the outcome! My husband and I are not from the area. We were traveling from Naples to help our daughter move into her new environment in Clearwater. I had a tooth extraction done in June in Bonita Springs and was having major issues with it, sinus pain, inflammation etc., On my first visit, I was impressed with his assistant Mike and then after a quick evaluation, Dr. Raffoul understood the problem happening after my extraction, and did a good cleaning out of the fragments etc., We made a plan. I had to come back in after the stitches were dissolved for a check up. I felt good but we both agreed I may have to have surgery to close an opening that was creating severe sinus pain and inflammation. It’s called an oralantral fistula. After a week, I knew that it was not completely resolved and contacted the office. Dr. Raffoul personally called me back and we discussed a plan moving forward. I am truly grateful for Dr. Raffoul’s professionalism and excellent care. I’ve learned from here on out, I will not have work done unless there are specialists, oral surgeons etc., within the office. The office staff are excellent as well in taking care of the patients coming in and out. Thank you Dr. Raffoul and team 🙏
