Dr. John Moushati gave me two option resin filling or crown, when I wanted a simple filling, this is procedure that I have done in the past and lasted 20+ years. Dr. Moushatti reluctantly agreed, however the work he did on the tooth did not last 7 hours, the work was poorly performed, when I came back to complain I was once offered to do a crown, Ultimately, I asked for my money back. I will not recommend this Dentist.

The staff is nice but unfortunately they are not thorough in explaining things. They make it so the client will have to figure out what is going on and they dont provide proper explanations of a patient’s symptoms. I am disappointed with the way my doctor handled me. At no point in my first meet with him did he sit me down and let me know how my teeth look and if he saw any issues. Instead I had to ask him directly and he told me everything looks fine. He also told me I don’t need any braces. Right after that, I was told by one of the technicians that I have serious crowding and will have issues later on if I dont consider braces! It was really confusing and unprofessional. My second time there I had a simple filling and my mouth was in pain after many days. They told me to come in and have it fixed when I called them, but could not explain to me why a filling would be hurting me. They told me they did not have any available times to see me until the week after unless I could come in the same day. I had work and couldn’t go in so I just stayed in pain. They don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. They move so quickly and give minima explanation.
