Same quality care with excellent service. Professional staff all the way through. Been a patient there with Dr. Barry for many years and he assured me before he left that nothing would change. Everyone is still there Dr. Pappas is excellent and they haven't missed a beat! I love the staff! Hi, my name is David Ward and I visited Freedom Dental for first time on 2/16/2023. The receptionist Amanda and Carly were both friendly, courteous and informative. My dental hygienist Kristie was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I experienced the most comprehensive dental examination and cleaning that I have received in ten years. Dr. Pappas was pleasant and fresh. I think I may have discovered the "Dental A Team".

I have been traumatized by comfort dental. Freedom dental took me in with open arms. I love the family feel of the waiting room and the oh so friendly staff. Absolutely loved Dr Pappas and his staff! Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist and Dr Pappas himself was so friendly and caring. What I most loved as a new patient was when I was leaving the front desk girl thanked me for becoming part of their family. She said they strive to treat everyone like family and once you are part of their practice you are family. Highly recommend this practice!! Freedom Dental is amazing! The front desk is always extremely friendly and welcoming. I have a very intense fear of needles and felt comfortable during a filling that required Novocain. I STRONGLY recommend Freedom Dental if you have a fear of needles. The hygienist and Dr. Papas were very understanding. (The hygienist even held my hand while I was getting the shot.) If you are afraid of going to the dentist, or if you have a fear of needles, you have to try Freedom Dental.

I would highly recommend Freedom Dental! Dr. Pappas and his staff are very kind and very professional. I came in for the first time last week in pain and they got me in that afternoon. My next appointment was towards the end of the month,they are pretty booked but offered to call me if they had any cancellations and to my surprise they called! Very frustrated about Freedom Dental. Went there to fix my lower retainer paying 135$ they didn’t glue it right with enough glue did a super cheap/fast work made my teeth shift out of the place making me feeling sensitive to brush and pain in my teeth. Went there to fix it after 48 hours they just removed the glue out of the metal not even removed from my teeth correctly what made very uncomfortable every time, refunded the money back after the damage. Sent me as a referral to another orthodontist making me pay 2x more expensive to do the job that they could have fix the problem THEY caused in my mouth. Now I have to use clear retainer to fix my shift teeth and then glue the permanent retainer back making my smile straight again. It stressed me out if you don’t want to stress out about your permanent retainer don’t get it or don’t fix it from Freedom Dental
