My first experience with Dr. Meskin was satisfactory. I had two implants in my lower left. Despite my preference for 2 crowns, he insisted on making a "double crown". Now I have difficulty cleaning under the implant. I needed work done on my upper right. I made the mistake of taking their offer of a 5% discount if I prepaid the $ 4,400 for that work. Dr. Meskin pulled the tooth, and installed an implant in an area that was infected. Not only did the implant fail, but the existing implant and crown came out! I went to 3 other oral surgeons that were surprised an implant was installed in the infected area. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for the required work. When I called and requested a refund, at least for the work that had not even begun, I was told I had to make the request in writing. Not an email, but in writing! I sent a registered letter, and NEVER heard back. Aside from the money, I experience severe pain and inconvenience having to return multiple times-only to be told it was healing perfectly...it wasn't!! If you make the decision to have work done At Atlantic dental, probably because of the low price, DO NOT prepay!

Dr Meskin is most patient, compassionate and thorough with explaining what's wrong. The prices are only a hair less then some other places but overall prices are same. They are wonderful at taking you in at last minute for emergencies and appointments which is great and they are open full day on Saturdays.

I had 4 or 5 implants done by Dr. Schopler and Dr. Meskin. 3 of them failed and had to be redone. One of those has failed a second time and I am told I'm out of warranty.

I just want to start off by saying that I have a severe fear of the Dentist, and I mean severe. BUT this dentistry was the most kindest , understanding, patient, informative, gentle , reassuring (I can keep going) office I have ever been to. They are a family owned practice and wow can you feel the difference. I don’t write reviews ever but I will make sure to advocate for them as much as possible. I left with my problem fixed same day I didn’t feel like a bother for being a walk in on such short notice right before the holidays. They treated me with such decency and respect. I am very self conscious about my teeth and they made me feel like family’s I will recommend this office to any and everyone needing dental care. Thank you so much for helping me. The dr. Is the most kindest humble self assuring individual that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and will never forget him or the team!!! I am not a satisfied customer of Florida Atlantic dental in Dania Florida. They have done work to the back of my mouth on both sides which was implants with a bridge and they worked on my one tooth by replacing a crown on the right side that had a root canal. Everything that they have done Has failed. The crown that I received on the root canal kept coming off and the bridge with the implant continuously fell off. Now, I have had to go back to them tons of times to get a replacement bridge and crown because they could not make the right size to fit and to get bridge and crown sealed back on once they finally got one to look right. I told him that these things could not continue to fall off because I was so afraid that I will swallow it while eating or sleeping. But unfortunately the crown and bridge kept falling off. When I moved to Georgia, I had to spend money to fly back to Florida to get them to seal it back many times. however, when I couldn’t afford to fly back, I had to get other dentist to seal the crown back on, which cost tons of money. Now the bridge that is on top of the implant is moving because the implants are loose and not stable at gum. Also, just recently before the bridge failed, I had to go to another dentist here in Georgia for a tooth extract, bone graft and new implant where the root canal was because that has failed because the crown never stopped falling off over the years. My final bill was around $3500. Recently in October, and a few weeks after the new implant was completed then the bridge with implant started moving. I was told from the dentist that the type of bridge used was old fashion and was going to fail anyway because implants were placed wrong and would eventually Rock back and forth because there were no support at front of bridge since first implant was placed in center of space and second implant at back of mouth. One dentist have already given me a treatment proposal that will be $17,000 just to surgically remove the bon

My fiancée referred me to Dr. Meskin 4 years ago after I complained about my dentist at the time. Dr. Meskin and his staff are friendly, professional and he has magical hands. Having been to several different dentists, Dr. Meskin is by far the best hands down. My old dentist had given me a treatment plan with several "cavities" and even some root canals that in fact were not necessary. Dr. Meskin took his time to show me the xrays as I was so confused with being told no cavities on my 1st visit to him. He explained everything to me in detail. No one ever took that time before. He's done 2 implants for me and I haven't even felt the anesthesia needle being inserted. His work is amazing as is his delicacy and experience. I'd pay cash if insurance doesn't cover. That's how much I love seeing him!
