Whole Dental Design - Cosmetic Dentist

Wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before wasting my time driving an hour to come here for a veneer consultation. Don’t buy the instagram hype! Office is in a dumpy shopping center and most of the staff doesn’t speak English well including the dentist. They wanted me to do unnecessary medical treatments like X-rays and when I declined her assistants were rude and combative. When she came in to see me she refused to give me a consult and a quote for veneers because I did not want to do x-rays. It would be the equivalent of going to a plastic surgeon for a consult and the Dr. forcing you to do blood work and a full medical exam before giving you the basic consultation and quote. I explained to her various time that I was strictly there for cosmetic purposes and I have a local dentist I go to but they want to point out all these problems you supposedly have so they can upsell you for much more than just veneers. Stay far away from this place!

I recently engaged Whole Dental Design to repair a broken crown after seeing their website on the internet. They gave me an immediate appointment and I was treated by Dr. Mara Cuberos. Everyone there was courteous and efficient and within 1 hour I had a temporary crown. I am 73 years old and have had a half dozen crowns before…..10 days later I am a very happy customer. The replacement crown arrived ahead of schedule..... Dr. Cuberos fitted it with much attention to detail......she made this a very pleasant experience. Dr. Cuberos is highly skilled and I recommend her without hesitation.

Yea. The $59 new patient thing is a scam. No one gets all that for $59. I wouldn’t expect to pay $59 for X-rays & everything. They tell you that you need a $325 deep cleaning. The $10 credit goes towards your $325 if you want to schedule one next week. So for $59 you do get a great exam & X-rays but don’t expect a cleaning.

Dr. Fundora is wonderful, professional, gentle. She explains everything and makes you feel comfortable all the time. It’s a joy being her patient. She has brought a true smile to my face!

Essentially you pay 30 for a quote that you could figure out without their info.. or lack there of.. staff was pleasant, except for the one with the pricing, but she obviously gets the hard job of telling the customer after wasting their time the advertising is best case scenario, just don’t believe the advertisement missing tooth?? Cheap price advertised next to it… not the case like any other implants over 5k… 1 star for wasting my time with false advertising.

I am in the worst pain imaginable. I knew something was weird when it only took him 13 minutes to remove my wisdom tooth including the numbing. I have an infection while following the aftercare treatment to a T so who knows if the tools were sterilized . I have lockjaw, a swollen cheek that doesn't seem to be going down causing all of my pain. I know it isn't the e dentist’s fault but Carlos Escobar the “specialist” has no bedside manners and no place in this business. It has been 5 days since my surgery and the only way to get prescribed stronger meds is to visit the office. I cant eat, I’m losing sleep because of the pain and the specialist charges $550 to remove a non-impacted tooth with the worse technique I have ever seen. I am incapacitated, inconsolable and quite frankly scarred for life. I’ve had to miss very important work meetings from not being able to speak because my mouth is unable to open more than a finger wide. Im feeling pressure/pain behind my eyes, nose the entire right side of my face. Bruising in the back of my throat making it hard to swallow. Escobar never once ask me If I was doing ok. After he was finished he said “need a big strong man to remove a tooth on a big girl like yourself” unsolicited comment from a provider. I need the owner/dentist to make it right.

This is the place to go to get your wisdom teeth removed. I was in excruciating pain and they were able to schedule me easily and quickly. I was very fortunate to have an appointment with Dr. Carlos Escobar who is a dental surgeon. He was so patient and kind with me throughout the entire procedure which was removal of four wisdom teeth. Amazing communication throughout and the pain relief once everything was done was worth every penny. The staff is very professional, and they do remind you of your appointment. I entered the office with a lot of anxiety regarding my appointment, and Dr. Escobar had me somehow leaving with a smile. Thank you so much to Dr. Escobar and the staff at Whole Dental for being so pleasant. I will be recommending my friends and family to this location

My go-to. Everyone is nice, it is not super expensive, and they do a good job. Even as I moved 40 minutes away from them, I still go there. It is worth the drive.

They told me one thing and then the came up with something else. Non trustable at all. They claim from $125 to $2400 in half an hour.

They make you feel comfortable, place is clean, and they see you pretty close to your appointment time. They also did not try to sell to me the entire time. My experience for being at a dentist office was pleasant. The receptionists were also very professional.

Went to this office, was waiting for an hour for someone to get seen by a dentist at this place, I called the person I was waiting for asking if they had finished, they said no. I also saw the special for 119 for tooth removal on the website, when you get there they give you a paper say 350 is the total, so this company does the bait and switch. Very unprofessional , will not visit this place as it is unethical in the practice.

Absolutely amazing! The customer service from front reception, to the dental assistants, to the dentists themselves is outstanding!!! They're constanting reminding you about your appointment so you'll never miss it, especially when you're super busy! They're happy to accommodate to any teeth anxiety and it makes you feel super comfortable. They're office is clean and they're cleaning measures are immaculate! 10/10 recommend !!!!! The only Dentist office I’ll ever go to as long as I live in South Florida. Filled out a few forms online and this was the first place to call back. Kathy answered all my questions and got me set up. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, and the place is nice and clean. Kathy at the front desk is a Angel (give her a raise 😂. But for real though. She’s the reason I came in. She called me before any other dentist office did.) I was in and out for my scheduling, which was next week and they even let me come in today instead. I’m usually scared of the dentist but I’m good now. You’re all amazing. Thank you so much.

I decided to give this office a try after reading all the reviews. Dr. Fundora is such a professional yet kind-hearted human. She truly is the best at what she does. By far this was the best experience at a dental office.
