The best dental clinic! Sara is the best! She is very friendly and she just makes you feel very at ease. She is an outstanding hygienist with very gentle hands - just the best! Dr. Erminy is also great - very thorough and addresses any concerns you might have. The clinic is very very clean. So, for germophobes/germaphobes out there, this is THE place to go! They are very organized. It is so easy to make an appointment and stay on regular schedule with your dental care. They are very welcoming. When you walk in, it's like visiting an old friend - you are greeted with a warm welcome and good conversation. I also never had to wait long at the lobby - very smooth process. They also give back to the community - they have regular fundraisings to help our local animal shelter and food bank.

Staff is very friendly helpful and professional. Dr scales does amazing work. Always a great experience.

Every part of the business is clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful. The staff in the back is exceptional. But what stands out is the fact that Dr. Scales takes a few minutes out of his busy day to call his patients and make sure that their experience was everything it should be and that the patient has no further issues. True professionalism.

Always professional, courteous and genuinely interested in you not just as a patient, but as a person. Love " my Dr. Scales" and all the staff.

I've been to a lot of dentists, and in only a few appointments I found myself really impressed by Island Dentistry. Dr. Scales does an excellent job communicating, and gave me actual explanations for what needed to be done rather than just telling me I needed it and calling it a day. The staff that deal with insurance dug me out of an absolute mess, and for those without insurance the VIP plan pricing is a fantastic option. The front desk staff actually recognized me by name on a second appointment, I didn't have to wait months for care, and perhaps most shockingly of all based on my past dental experiences... I waited less then two minutes to be seen. No 30+ minutes in the waiting room here!

So happy to have found Island Dentistry, Dr. Scales and his staff. Dr. Scales is very attentive to the patient and has one of kind approach to young patients. My daughter had a traumatizing dental experience at another practice at a very young age (4-6) which made her an impossible patient at pediatric dentistry. At the age of 9-10 I made the decision to bring her to Dr. Scales because somehow I knew he will be able to handle her. Dr. Scales delicately and with great care accomplished the dental work without Nitrous Oxide at my request while assuring her and letting her know what was coming next. That one experience alone freed her from fear of dental work and changed her perception and attitude towards dentistry. Our entire family is forever greatful for Island Dentistry!
