Millhopper Family Dentistry

They never check mi ensurance info and say yes to got me as client. After the service, i paid the 20% of the value, like my ensurance said. But they never applied the payment to my account. Now they break my credit due they incompetence. Not recommended.

At Milhopper Family Dentistry, I always look forward to my semi-annual visits and seeing my dental hygienist Whitney. I feel like she is a friend and not just an employee doing her job. Also, the dentists are all very friendly and professional.

From the office environment to the staff and, most importantly, the dentists and hygienists, the experience here is outstanding. Dr. Spooner is supremely attentive and sincere in his commitment to the best patient outcome. He takes the time to explain things and put me at ease across the uncertainty and discomfort of my first dental crown.

I have horrible dental anxiety from a number of previous traumatic experiences, and the staff at Milhopper do everything in their power to make sure I feel safe and comfortable. They don't suggest unnecessary procedures, are honest about what can and/or should be done in their clinic. The staff really care about their patients, and it really shows.

Very kind, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure every visit is a great experience.

The entire staff was both friendly and professional. Dr Spooner and my nurse seemed to be genuinely concerned with my comfort level.

So, here I am, fixed income sand close to Christmas…..pain in my tooth…only place that could schedule me quickly (2 days) is the “Millhopper Family Dentist Clinic”……I show up,fully expecting to lose a tooth this day. Not only does Kristen not treat me like a poor nobody, this young lady treats me like a family member! Then, we get to the doctor,dentist, and he absolutely figures out why I’m hurting and how to fix it! Without losing a tooth!(gum pocket cleansed) Not only do they save me money but treated me like I was someone special! I have an appointment next week and I’m going! Any practice that treats their patients like they treated me today deserves to be blasted out loud for their incredible service! I actually cried today as I was leaving because I felt like I was not a burden to them but they actually cared! Thank you so very very much for your kindness and caring! Clean place and kind people. Kelly was amazing and proactive.

I would recommend this practice to family and friends. They were courteous, professional and I did not get the feeling they were trying to add on unnecessary treatments to pad the bill like some dental practices do. They also offer much better office hours than most. Overall I am extremely satisfied.

Very pleasant staff and high quality work. On one visit my dentist came in on her day off to accommodate me because of my difficult work schedule. Highly recommend!!

This is one of the best dental clinic around Gainesville. The services are great.

Finally found a wonderful Dental practice, that are honest and trying to save you money. Best kind hands that work on your teeth. On top of that, the front desk staff are amazing and the billing department is right on time submitting claims. Left my old good dentist because of their Billing Department terrible practices. My entire family has switch to Millhopper and they all have praises about everyone they come in contact.

I was so pleased with the employees and service at Millhopper Family Dentistry. They made my first visit so comfortable, especially for someone who has anxieties. They are knowledgeable and caring. They explain everything where you can easily understand and encourage questions if you don't. Definitely a 10/10 from me.

Every appointment I've ever had at this practice has been a positive experience. While going to the dentist is not something most of us look forward to, the wonderful people that work at Millhopper Family Dentistry are amazing. They are kind, helpful & compassionate. I've been seen by Dr. McDonald & Dr. Post. Both of them are wonderful dentists.

Amazing dentistry. Staff is friendly and very skilled, I don't have pain when I go here. They're always accommodating with questions and concerns, I learn something new every visit without feeling embarrassed. Traci is amazing and makes me feel welcome each visit. Take care of your teeth 😬.
