Good practice. Professional front desk. Best x-rays experience ever. Attentive and careful DMD. Hygienist is careful. They had capacity to see me for cleaning in a week. Other practices were booked for like 3 months.

I needed emergency dental care. It was a Friday night, so my options were limited and Dr. Rachael was able to fit me in the very next morning at 8am to be seen. I cannot thank her and the team enough for helping me today. I was in excruciating pain and my current dentist didn’t give me the time of day when I tried to talk to them about it. I could really tell that Dr. Rachael cares and most importantly LISTENS to her patients concerns. I definitely recommend this practice!

Highly recommend Dr. Rachel VanDyke and her staff. I broke off a previously capped front tooth on a Saturday and the office got me in the next business day. Thought I needed an implant but Dr. Rachel was able to save the tooth with another crown. Doctor and staff extremely competent and friendly.

I can’t stress enough how incredible this dentistry practice is. I called and came in this morning after dealing with an insane amount of tooth pain and was immediately welcomed, received an exam to find the issue, and set to work on to fix the problem; all the while being communicated with about what was going on and what steps were taken in the process. I have massive dental anxiety and have had pretty traumatic experiences with dentists as a child, but here they treat you with kindness, understanding and compassion. I was brought to tears over being treated like I mattered. I’ll be coming here from now on, and recommending them to anybody and everybody. Thank y’all so much. You have no idea how much it meant to me.

D.M.D. Rachael is a wonderful dentist. I came in with many issues and she explained everything I need to to and in the steps needed to accomplish our goal. She has a great bedside manner. The prices here are really good. I had a tooth pulled and I never even knew when she removed it. I will always get my dental work done here. I will recommend this place to anyone.

I had a WONDERFUL experience all 3 visits I've had so far here with Dr. Rachael!! I'm admittedly terrified of dentists after having had a past traumatic experience with a dentist in south Florida who couldn't get me numb, had the assistant hold me down, and drilled my teeth anyway, so I was extremely nervous coming in even for my initial visit and cleaning. The staff and hygienist were all incredibly nice and understanding and also seemed to be very thorough and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is meticulously clean and has modern equipment, such as an x-ray device that takes a complete picture of your mouth by revolving around your head. I've never had that before! Dr. Rachael herself was kind, patient, and knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. She explained everything she saw on my x-rays (it'd been about 8 years since my last dental visit!) and pointed out the two areas that needed fillings, explaining which one was more urgent and why. I was very appreciative of the way that she thoroughly answered all of my questions. When I came back for my actual filling Dr. Rachael was as kind and patient as ever and adjusted the anesthetic so that it would numb me more effectively because I am both hard to anesthetize and happen to metabolize lidocaine really fast. She also used a really cold instrument on my tooth prior to beginning to drill to make 100% certain I couldn't feel a thing on the tooth in question! This really helped me relax. I really appreciated her taking the time to calm my nerves and to make certain I wouldn't be in any pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. The second time I came back for filling #2 I was calmer and still she took her time with me. I still had the same great impression from all of the other office staff as well and the clinic was spotless each time. Overall I HIGHLY, highly recommend Van Dyke General and Implant dentistry. This practice was amazing! They were closing and still had me come in for an emergency after another dentist refused to help me and told me I had to wait for a referral before fixing my pain. I will be using them here on out! Great bedside manners and even though I had an emergency extraction they made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

I called Dr. Van Dyke's office needing a same day emergency appointment for my husband as a new patient. Not only did see my husband with in the hour but they were kind, friendly, and very professional. I love this office. My husband was so impressed with Dr. Van Dyke and his staff that he's making this his permanent dentist even though its not in his insurances network. Thanks for being so amazing.
