My daughter was able to get squeezed in since it was spring break and we have never been to this location we go to the Boynton Beach ofc. I was expecting a long wait. Nope. The front desk lady (sorry can’t remember her name) was so nice and friendly and very informative. You won’t just feel like a number. Pleasant experience!

I had a few good experiences until they messed up my crowning. Had to go 3 different times for them to get it right; for it to only fall off 2 months later. Then I was told the base was decaying and after spending all that time and money they told me I need to pull the tooth out. Wouldn't even reimburse me for their mistake. Can never seem to find a honest dentist! In response: A crowning shouldn't have been done on a decaying tooth. A refund was never issued. It was mentioned as a condition towards another treatment if I decided to go ahead with your practice.

Horrible experience. I went for a tooth removal which my former dentist diagnosed as unfixable. I was new in the area and chose to go to this clinic. The lady doctor advised me she could save the tooth at a higher cost than the extraction. I went for it, fool that I was. Well she put a crown on the finished product but I was still having pain. A week later the pain did not subside and I went back. I then saw the male doctor and he advised me that the tooth had a crack from top to bottom and could not be fixed. He extracted the tooth and wanted to charge me for the extraction. I disputed this and he relented and there was no charge. This is a warning to future patients. Please consider going to another dentist. **Response to owners comment** How convenient you can't find my record or can that be called incompetence?

Very professional from beginning to end, everybody is bilingual. Victoria and Ceydel were very welcoming at reception and front desk, Rosita was very kind when she did my X-rays, Vanessa did my cleaning and you can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing, lastly Dr. K McIntosh explained everything crystal clear. I absolutely love coming here! Usually, visiting the dentist can be a bit nerve wrecking, but the staff here is SO sweet and personable. I look forward to my appointments! Dr. McIntosh is so kind, intelligent, and understanding. I was also serviced and got my cleaning done by Vanessa, RDH today and she is the best! She gave me a thorough cleaning, told me everything that she was doing step by step, and answered all of my questions. Lastly, Victoria — she is at the front desk. So kind, funny, and always has a smile on her face. She makes sure she schedules my appointments in and explains things to me in regard to my insurance. Timeliness is on point too. My appointment was at 9am and they had me in the chair at exactly 9am to get started. Overall, this office has an amazing staff and I would highly recommend them for your dental care. I literally look forward to my visits with them!
