I’ve never really had any serious dental issues until April of 2022. At that time after using my water flosser I realized I had chipped the back of one of my front teeth. I thought, no big deal because as a child I remembered chipping that same tooth and the dentist being able to fix it without any problems. I thought the same would be true for this chip…Boy was I WRONG! After visiting my dentist and being referred to a specialist, I was told they could NOT save my front tooth!! I was absolutely devastated! I had to have my front tooth pulled, and was given a temporary “flipper” to wear in its place. I started researching my options, and the pros a cons between bridges and implants. I learned that a bridge would be the fastest way to correct my problem, but that an implant (while being a MUCH longer process) would be a much better long term solution. This is when a friend recommended I visit Dr Heath for a consultation. I was completely anxious before my appointment, but when I arrived at his office I was warmly greeted and started to feel a sense of comfort. Everyone was so friendly and nice. They got me right in for my appointment and Dr Heath was amazing! He was so empathetic after hearing my story, and assured me that they would take care of me. He quickly put together a treatment plan for me and made me feel like for the first time in this very traumatic experience, that everything was going to be okay. I knew right then I was in good hands, and had made the right decision. Fast forward 10 months, and I just had my impressions visit with Dr. Heath where he created the “recipe” for developing my permanent implant crown. I can’t express enough how awesome the entire staff has been for me at Gibson & Heath Family Dentistry! I’m so thankful that my friend referred me to Dr Heath. He’s definitely helped me feel more at ease throughout this entire process. Now I’m at the end and will be receiving my new crown very soon. Thanks to Dr. Heath and the entire staff at Gib

I called in with some timeline restraints and they work with us and got us in as soon as they could. Dr. Tidwell and Peggy were fantastic, gentle and very caring for my son. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Dr Tidwell did an amazing job during my exam explaining in detail my options for replacing a bridge I have from an old injury. Education and experience works wonders but adding the personal Care makes the difference!

I had such a horrible experience at my last dentist that I switched. Dr. Heath and his team made me feel supported, welcome, and in control of my care. They were BEYOND patient with me. Because of my insurance, it costs me more to go to this office than my last one. I don’t care. It’s worth every penny to have the experience I had and leave with less anxiety instead of more. If you have ANY fear over dental care, this is your place.
