Dentists of Miami Gardens

Today is my first experience with them and they are excellent, very polite and professional, from the reception, assistant, hygienist and dentist. 😀

No words can express how truly grateful and satisfied that I found this office! After years and I am telling you YEARS of putting off a dental visit, I cracked my molar and had no choice but to schedule an emergency visit. I looked up dental offices in my area, which are quite a lot by the way, but decided to choose Dr. Basto's office and prayed for the best. And I am so glad I did. Just from walking into the office, I was greeted by the patient care coordinator who hands down made me feel so comfortable. Oh yes did I mention, I truly hate the dentists office. She noticed right away of how scared I was and made it her job to make sure to feel relaxed, which worked by the way! After some routine xrays and images done by Dr. Basto' s assistant, which she was amazing as well. Dr. Basto came and explained the xrays, and to be honest I have been to other dental office which they are so critical and judgmental but here there was none of that. Everyone just wanted to help and that made me feel so comfortable. I was almost to the verge of tears on how I let my teeth go into such a state of disarray but Dr. Basto reassured that she has a solution and she explained her plan of care. And she was willing to start that day, which was also amazing because most dentist do not do that. That same day she was able to do my root planing/scaling and prep me for a root canal. (I know real tears) But even with that, she was gentle and constantly asked if I was okay. She explained every step prior to performing it. She even stopped and offered me breaks so I can get through the procedure. (I am a big baby!) After that her assistant took over, and he was so gentle and beyond informative as well as he even spoke to me about his root canal experience. Overall, this staff made an emphasis to show they are real people too and not people who are judging you and sticking all types of contractions in your mouth and tell you your next appointment. This office is amazing. Needed a quick wisdom tooth removal since the pain was so intense, they scheduled me in very quickly for every consultation/appointment. They have great prices and the entire staff is super professional and attentive!

Dr alsael, Jina, Jude, and Dr Diaz were all very helpful and were great with their service and assistance on my trip to their office. A place that I would recommend to anyone who needs dentistry work.

I had a really bad experience in this place, and I’m doing this review because I I don't want anyone else to go through this. I went for my routine dental cleaning, and the Dentist told me that she found a cavity, and explained to me that she needed to remove the cavity by making a hole and then fill in the hole left behind by bacterial infection (the cavity). I was surprised because I never had any issues and they wanted to charge me right away because they had an opening to do the treatment that same day. Fortunately, I did not act as they wanted me to do, and I decided to get a second opinion from another specialist. I went to two different dentist, they did X-Rays and they told me that my dental health was perfect, that they wanted to do an unnecessary treatment, charged almost 1,000 for it and to do a hole on my tooth. I was in shock to see this happening, please get second opinions and check on this reviews before going to this kind of places, I don’t play with my health. Español: Tuve una muy mala experiencia en este lugar, y estoy haciendo este review porque no quiero que nadie más pase por esto. Fui a mi limpieza dental de rutina, y la dentista me dijo que encontró una caries, y me explicó que necesitaba quitar la caries haciendo un agujero y luego rellenar el agujero dejado por una infección bacteriana (la caries) . me sorprendió porque yo nunca tuve ningún problema y querían cobrarme de inmediato porque tenían una vacante para hacer el tratamiento ese mismo día. Afortunadamente no actué como ellos querían que hiciera y decidí buscar una segunda opinión con otro especialista. Fui a dos dentistas diferentes, me hicieron radiografías y me dijeron que mi salud dental estaba perfecta, que querían hacerme un tratamiento innecesario, cobrarme casi 1000 y hacer un agujero en la muela. Estaba en shock al ver que esto sucedía, por favor obtenga una segunda opinión y verifique estas reseñas antes de ir a este tipo de lugares, no juego con mi salud.

Highly recommend this place! Jina was able to accommodate me at a perfect date and time. The office is very welcoming the moment you walk in; comfortable waiting area with coffee station as well as many exam rooms, there was not much waiting time. The equipment appears to be hi- tech, I was surprised with the clear details in the images. I was able to get all the service in one day! Dr. Diaz and Dileidy, the dental hygienist, explained my procedures thoroughly and Jina broke down the financial options to where it was reasonably affordable to get it all done. Yipsis, Araya, and the other two young ladies (sorry, forgot their names) were super sweet and made me feel comfortable for the whole process.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Basto who is amazing. She’s very gentle with her work and makes sure that you’re okay and comfortable the entire time you’re in her chair. I was then seen by Dr Gad for a root canal procedure and he was amazing. Pain was my main concern and he assured me I will be comfortable throughout the procedure and if not to let him know and he would do whatever was needed to make me feel better and the procedure went very smoothly. Usually the dentist office is a place a lot of people avoid but these doctors reminded me that it’s not so bad. The entire staff is also so amazing. Very nice, kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend this office, I will not be going anywhere else!

Dr. Diaz and the rest of the staff were super attentive and friendly. They made me feel welcomed and really took care of all my dental needs! I totally recommend Dr. Diaz and her staff!

If I can go 6 out 5 stars I would but if you’re looking for a new dental location, look no further because this is a fantastic location! Everyone at that office was very cordial and accommodating. Taking their time to allow me to ask questions and more importantly having answers. Dr. Basto did a wonderful job from introducing her, explaining what needs to get done, to coming up with solutions to help correct whatever issues that need to be fixed. Again overall it was a great experience, from the front desk to the dental assistants and final Dr.Basto, I’m not one for reviews but they all well deserve the recommendation.

Amazing office, everyone is extremely helpful and not there to charge you an arm and leg. Best dental office I've found in Miami!

Hola vivo en kendall y les quiero contar de mi experiencia en esta clínica,para empezar cuando vi donde era dije no esta lejos q va?pero para mi sorpresa fue lo mejor q pude hacer,la atención es incomparable,el lugar es hermoso te da esa confianza a q estas en buenas manos,las muchachas todas son un amor y te ayudan como si ya te conocíeran de tiempo,la doctora Janelle tiene unas manos increíbles no sientes nada y lo q mas me gusto fue lo estético del trabj,quede perfecta 😍 y fue súper rápido no dure mas q 5 min me sorprendi,gracias Araya por tu atención excelente servicio,les recomiendo esta clínica no importa de donde sean el ir asta ay los va a dejar satisfechos 🙏
