McCosh Dental - Coconut Creek, Margate Dentist

I used to be a nervous wreck walking into a Dentist office. It’s been those past experiences as a kid that stick with you and are hard to shake. Then I started going to Dr. McCosh and all the anxiety/nerves went away. She has a gentle way of making your feel comfortable while explaining what needs to be done and why it’s so important. If that doesn’t do it for you, her staff will. They all seem to be on the same page with care and treatment. They’ll also take a minute to get to know you. And see I’m the type that, sometimes I may need a better explanation of things. Whether it’s about my insurance coverage or just an overall understanding of my dental plan/treatment, - Stephany at the front can do this for you. She is smart, warm and welcoming! To me that is what you want from your Dentist 🦷 Office, an overall good experience.

McCosh Dental is the best dental office I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was so friendly I even tried to recruit a few of the staff for my office and the cleaning I received from Natalia was A1. For the cleaning I required there was no pain and she was so gentle. A great experience all around.

McCosh Dental has some of the finest staff. Definitely a smooth and easy transition to a new dental office. Both the ladies in the front desk staff were professional and thorough with my expectations for my appointment. My cleaning was done quickly and Dr. McCosh was just as professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My next treatment is Invisalign and I wouldn’t do it anywhere else. High recommended!!

The Dentist appears to be nice.However what good is that if she runs her office in an unprofessional manner! The first time I saw her she was very detailed. This can be deceiving when one realizes how the office is run! First I was given a treatment plan. Then I made an appointment. I had to premeditate. Her office never once confirmed that I did this.I showed up for my 1st appointment on time and immediately was told I need to pay upfront prior to billing my insurance that was a preferred provider. They don’t have a sign or in their paperwork state that payment is due in advance of billing the insurance. My provider said they should not bill me up front, but they can if they desire. Put this on a sign and in the patient’s paperwork. When you confirm the appointment remind the patient again. When I couldn’t pay upfront they turned me away.Premeditation and all! They only have one hygienist, so be prepared to wait months for an appointment! Next I show up for an appointment again premeditated and the office never once confirmed that I was. Prior I received many confirmations via recorded messages and texts. In the mix of all these crazy phone calls and texts, I had one text canceling my appointment. I never saw it. They never bothered to reach out by email voicemail ets. The appointment confirmations kept coming in till 15 minutes before my appointment. I had no idea they canceled me!!! I confronted the child that sits at the front desk about all the issues.. I come here twice ,premeditated. No one tried to reach me throughout the day to tell me the hygienist is sick and now she can’t see me for months again. When I brought up the first time that they wanted to bill me up front, the child proceeded to tell me in an child like manner that every office she worked in charges up front and she has been in this business for 20 years. Instead of being understanding and compassionate and admitting they screwed up she appeared cocky which enraged me! Do yourself a favor a

Amazing office and staff . Manager is fantastic and attentive . Dental hygienists are phenomenal. Dr. McCosh is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is extreme knowledgeable, talented , and kind. No complaints at all

Dr. McCosh is my family dentist for over 5 years and we love her professionalism. She really cares about her patients! Her staff is the same way, always helping find the right appointment, talking to our insurance. Love them!!!

I do not trust this dentist they do not do free cleanings every cleaning to them is a “deep clean” . I went to another dentist and they did not say the same thing.

The staff, attend to you're concerns and answers any questions you have, they are very pleasant. Dr. Mc Cosh is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable and explains in detail what she is going to do. I was recommended to Dr. McCosh by a friend who like her as well, and I am thankful for that friend. Stephanie and Ashley at the front desk are awesome. Thank you Dr Mc Cosh and entire staff.

Best dentist I've had in my whole life. I drive half hour when I could find someone closer. I'm moving out of state and I'm so sad I can't take her and her team with me. I'll miss them!

My daughters and I have been patients of Dr. McCosh for the past couple of years, and we couldn't be happier. To find a dentist of this magnitude is rare; I wish I found her sooner. She is great with my children! They never mind their appointments with the dentist. The staff is also very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend her for your dental needs.
