Charged me for a real crown and only put in a temporary plastic one. I told them I want to go to another dentist and they will not put my prepaid money back into my card. They don’t use enough numbing. I had to spend over 1000$ just to get to where they are ready to do my crown. Still haven’t done what I originally went in for and it’s been over a year that I have been working with them. I’m still in pain with that tooth and I have been everyday for the last 2 years and they would not do anything about it. They thought another tooth that didn’t even hurt was more of a problem. They never gave me antibiotics or anything for anything they did to my teeth. By far worst dentist I’ve ever been too. I would not recommend for your children. They aren’t worried about getting the problem fixed they’re worried about getting money. I got three root canals in the same tooth by the same person each time. That is by far unacceptable I would never take my children here.

Horrible workers in the front office I offered to send them my new insurance card via email before getting an appointment. I go to the appointment, they get my card. I sit, I wait. The lady comes to tell me my insurance is not accepted. She asks if I want to pay full price I say no, about to cry because I wasted a whole day. She says “oh guess we will cancel it for you”. I leave and call my insurance. They said it should have been accepted. Later in the day I get a call back from Payne and Payne telling me my insurance was accepted and they made an “error”. Well hell yeah you did you just lost a 10 year patient!!!!! I took half the day off and drove an hour for stupidity!!!

Dr. Stone and the staff at Payne & Payne were amazing! I hadn't had a cleaning in over 4 years and had some dental concerns pop up suddenly. They were able to get me in immediately and worked to get my insurance approved to minimize my out of pocket expenses. I went to this dentist today and was a little scared since I've never been to the dentist by myself I've always had someone there with me to keep me calm in this case I didn't and I accidentally touch the dentists arm and I got kicked out without service this place is an absolute joke wouldn't recommend Payne and Payne to anyone

My wife went to see Dr. Payne after seeing several other dentists, even emergency dentists, who couldn’t get her in for at least a month. And the one that did said she needed to see an oral surgeon. Dr. Payne was able to remove the tooth and resolve her issues in less than 30 minutes. She has nothing but praise to speak of Dr. Payne and his staff. They have a new customer for life! My fiancé was 10 minutes late to one appointment due to our newborn, after being early for every appointment previously, and was forced to reschedule a month and half out! Absolutely unacceptable! So he drove half an hour for nothing, while in pain - which now won’t be fixed until January?!?! This practice is going so down hill - will not be returning to pay out of insurance for this kind of treatment. And the pain is from a mistake made in your office - how can you pull a tooth and bone and have no post extraction care?? Very unprofessional.
