I usually never leave bad reviews, but honestly this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. They are scammers because they only want your money from your insurance. The first time I went in they did a regular checkup and they said I would have to wait 3 weeks to get approve in order for them to do anything. I went back 3 weeks after and the front desk said that they still hadn’t been verified by the insurance (the dentist office in general) not my case. They made me waste my time because they could’ve called in that period of time to let me know that I couldn’t come in. Also at the same time charging the insurance just to come in. On the other hand, the first time I had come in they took a dental plaque because I also needed to see a surgeon for my wisdom teeth, but the insurance could not cover it twice, so I asked them politely to please send it to me. They said they would send it that same afternoon, but tragically they never did. Nevertheless I kept calling the office to please take me into consideration because I was going to have the appointment with the surgeon and they wouldn’t be able to do anything if I didn’t have the plaque. At last I could not attend my appointment because of the irresponsibility of them not sending the plaque. In a brief, I can say they are very unprofessional and do not take into consideration the needs of customers. I will not recommend you to go to this place ever, and if you do just be aware you will waste your time and money.
