Castaneda Family Dentistry

I've been to several dentist offices around Miami and I have never felt so comfortable and well taken care of like I do at the Castaneda Family Dentistry. Front desk receptionist Debra is great, she always calls and texts me prior to my appointments and if I ever need to reschedule she assists me immediately. Dr. Castaneda always makes sure he has my best interest at heart and does not take advantage or suggest unnecessary procedures unlike previous dentist have. I fully trust him with my dental hygiene and look forward to my semiannual appointments. My smile has never looked better, and my gums have never been healthier. Can't say enough great things about the family dentistry.

I have been going to Dr.Castaneda for years now, and I can confidently say that he is the best dentist I have ever had. From routine cleanings to more complex procedures, he always takes the time to make sure that I am comfortable and informed throughout the process. His attention to detail is impressive, and the work he does is of the highest quality. I've been a patient of Dr Castaneda for many years now. It took me a long time to find a dentist that could take care of my needs with minimal inconvenience and as painlessly as possible. The doctor and the staff are always attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

They are the best affordable, clean, and very kind. They recommend great dentist for other things. Very affordable and they work with you if you have insurance that doesn’t cover everything. This office is great love them!!!

DR. Castaneda is the best dentist I have been to. Made my procedure literally pain free. The work he did was very precise and did the work I needed. Now my wife and other family members use him also. My only regret was not meeting him years earlier. The staff also are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend him.

Outstanding service!!! 5 stars deserved!!! I had to get my wisdom tooth abstracted & with this being my first time getting a tooth taken out i was very nervous about the pain. To my surprise, i was amazed with the results, i didn’t even know my tooth was out, the process was so quick and painless Dr. Castaneda did an amazing job!! Very satisfied!! Staff were all so kind, genuine, & inviting!! Can’t wait to continue my journey to a perfect smile!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Castaneda Family Dentistry for several years now. I have always appreciated his excellent bedside manner, which is what keeps me coming back. He is very personable and takes the time to explain things in detail, never making me feel rushed for asking questions regarding my dental health. His staff pays great attention to detail, remembers past conversations from prior visits and always makes me feel welcome. I'm never kept waiting for more than 5 minutes after signing in, something I've never seen in Miami. I can't recommend this practice enough!

Went to Dr. Castaneda for the first time yesterday on an emergency basis. He and his staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Castaneda took care of my cracked tooth and I haven't even had to take any pain medication. He will be my dentist going forward.

Very professional, extremely friendly staff! We are a family of four, both myself, my wife, and my two kids have been coming here for several years. Doctor Castaneda an his staff promote an atmosphere that is very comfortable for our kids, making dental visits with the kids extremely easy.

Very pleased with the Doctor and his Staff. After not seeing a Dentist since 2019 because of the pandemic, I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Castaneda last year. He did a deep cleaning that took over an hour - he used just the right amount of anesthesia to numb the pain, but unlike at other Doctor's, my mouth was not numbed for hours afterwards. The staff is amazing, they will go out of their way to make you comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ricardo Castañeda is an amazing dentist. The staff is very friendly and the Dr. Castañeda is very thorough. I am terrified of dentist and he has been very patient and understanding. It has been very painless, highly recommend him.

I received amazing care from Castaneda dentistry. They were extremely courteous and friendly from the person who called for the appointment reminders, the receptionist, hygienist, and the dentist himself. I was not rushed and everything that was found in the exam was explained to me patiently. And there was no pressure to receive or pay for any services, such as implants or cavity filling, in fact I was told I could hold off on fixing them for now. And my teeth are squeaky clean! So all-in-all I highly recommend this dental office.

This Doctor is Incredible!!! If you hate going to the dentist...this is the man to renew your faith in dentistry. I'm from Chicago visiting relatives. I woke up in Agony from 2 cracked teeth!! I Googled emergency dentist near me...and his facility was the closest. He was a lifesaver, I ended up having 2 extractions and an abscess removed and felt NO PAIN!! (My last experience with my Dmd was horrible..it was an office less than 1/2 mile from my house..the dentist was dismissive of my pain, annoyed with my questions, and worst of all.... Extremely Stingy with the numbing injections for teeth removal!! I left him soar and dejected with blood pouring from my mouth!!) But, Dr. Ricardo Castaneda treated me like a Friend of the Family. I'm not exaggerating. He was patient, sincere, personable, and reassuring. He promised to make sure I felt as little pain as possible..and he kept that promise. In fact, the entire staff did everything to put me at ease. I guess I'm gonna have to move here....I want him to be my only dentist from now on. Thanks Doc!!😊🦷👍🏼💕👨‍⚕️ P.S. Google lists the hours in a confusing way: The facility is NOT open 24 HOURS!!! The office hours are 9am to 5:30pm. But..The DMd has a Pager 📟 number when & if you have an emergency.

Trust me when I say it’s a THE one stop solution for all your dental worries. I came in couple months back with plenty complications and fear of losing all my teeth’s. Doctor made me so comfortable and yet he was very direct. Dr. Castaneda is not after your dollars he will try his best to save you the most. I was told my procedures will cost without insurance in 4-5 figures but it was 80% cheaper than that and I only had to lose both front 4 and got partial dentures. You are in safest hands when you are Dr. Castaneda I can vouch for that. And yes most important his staff from booking or rescheduling appointments debra is phenomenal always positive attitude and a smile makes you feel it’s all good 😊 and doctor’s assistant nathy she was the first person I met in this place and was immediately hooked and knew I found the right place after million disappointments from different dentists.

I want to tell everyone so many things positive about Dr Castaneda that I am hesitant in how to tell others needing an amazing Dentist and Human Being, about my experience. Last week, in the early morning, while eating breakfast, a back molar split in two. (I hadn't visited the dentist I've used for many years because of Covid and other personal matters). So I searched the internet, via my insurance company site, but was not impressed. I was blessed with reading about Dr. Castaneda and calling his office. His wonderful office staff, apparently spoke with him, and I was asked if I could come immediately? To conclude - I was made aware that I had a pretty serious problem, and that two teeth must be extracted (immediately). I agreed, and, Dr. Castaneda proceeded the operation. It was a battle for a few hrs, but was painless. (I must say, however, that I was thinking horrible things were about to happen, as he and his assistant worked their magic. When he was through, I honestly felt a kinship, as if we knew each other for years. This situation for me could have been tragic. SO many other things could have been sent my way. Lastly, that afternoon, Dr. Castaneda called me and then a few days later called again. His staff also has called throughout that time, to make sure I had NO problems. In the near future, I'll need to replace these two teeth, and, whenever, the time is right, Dr. Castaneda will be the MAN (Dr.)
