Customer service it’s the worst , so rude The doctor it’s great , if it wasn’t for him I would definitely get me a new dentist ….

Had the worst experience with this place. I called they said they took my insurance when I get there the girl working there was BEYOND RUDE and stated I had to pay… after she told me they took my insurance..Do not waste your time here, ACA need to review this place.

Best Dentist ever .. the staff are so helpful, they took care of me in just 2 visits. I'm telling everyone to go here..there was no pain at all . And they work with my insurance company. United health. I am so greatfull. Thank God there is still a good Dentist out there

Customer Service is horrible!!! I have never been to such an incompetent dental office before….front desk staff is super unprofessional and disrespectful!

Thieves and Crooks, Dental. This is the only way I can describe these people. After thinking that my insurance was covering things for me, it turns out these people were charging me OUT OF POCKET for EVERYTHING I had done. I literally spent THOUSANDS of dollars with these crooks only to find out during a routine cleaning that it turns out they were charging me OOP for everything. When I called my insurance, my insurance is like "NO.... We haven't received any claims for Dental Group of South Florida." I called DGoSF and the ladies were incredibly rude about me inquiring about why they hadn't filed claims or whatever and tried to write it off as "Your policy doesn't cover it because it's an HMO or whatever." PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. Find another dentist and NEVER, EVER come here. PERIOD.

I had a toothache for 5 months. Two dentists referred me to many specialists and I had no result. Finally, I came to Dr. Maria Alvarez at South Florida Dental Group and the first time I saw her, I had an improvement. But, like the other dentists, she needed a specialist opinion. At my second visit, based on the specialist report, her competence and her professionalism, my problem was solved.

Lástima no existe la opción de cero estrellas porque es lo mínimo que se merece este negocio, llame para solicitar información y me atendió la manager, una persona con una actitud PÉSIMA, IRRESPETUOSA, con tono de voz PREPOTENTE Y ARROGANTE, como sí tal cuál estuvieses pidiéndole de regalado algo, me bastó entablar diálogo con ella para no querer ni asomarme por dicho consultorio. Un llamado a Bright Health para que le llamen la atención a este negocio, pues en pocas palabras dio a entender que está compañía era como tener un cupón de Walmart.

Solamente doy 2 estrellas por la dr que es muy buena pero si pudiera darle 0 estrellas al personal de el front desk lo hiciera! Estoy cansada de hacer app para mi esposo y el dia que le toca ir lo llaman y le dicen que no que su cita era para 30 mim antes y que la perdió ! O cuando va le dicen que no que su cita es para dos días desp ! No tienen ganas de trabajar y lo que hacen es despachar a los pacientes cambiándoles la cita ! Hemos sacado como 5 citas con ellos pk quedan en la esquina de mi casa y si a podido asistir a 1 a sido mucho!! Porque siempre llaman para cancelarlo o le dicen que no que su cita era antes y que ya la perdio ! Aun llamándolo y conformándole la cita dos días antes son capaces de decir que su cita no era a esa hr!! Horrible trabajo y costumer service ! NO VENGAN AQUI SI NO QUIEREN PERDER SU TIEMPO!

Doy 1 estrella porque para opinar tienes que poner al menos 1, pero esta clinica es pésima, si no quieres que te den un mal diagnóstico y te estafen NO VAYAS a esta clinica, son lo peor de Miami, no son profesionales, los Rx malisimos, la higiene fatal, a mi y a mi hijo nos dieron un diagnostico falso, suerte que nos fuimos a otra clinica donde si encontramos a verdaderos profesionales que resolvieron mi problema...ojalá mi opinión los ayude a ser mejores!

The eureka office is great. The customer service from the ladies in the front I believe is Karla and Raisa was excellent. They were helpful and the dental office was clean and my dental service experience was perfect . Thank you I highly recommend them!
