Highly recommend! The staff is very welcoming and professional. From the front desk, to the technicians, and the doctors, everyone is wonderful! I had a cleaning and x-rays in December 2021. My appointment today was for a filling and my goodness I was impressed. Dr. Gonzalez and her technician did a beyond amazing job. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They had the magic touch and my experience was painless and seamless! I am happy to have found my local dentist!

I moved to the area from New York three years ago where I was a Dental Assistant for 18 years. Needless to say -to find and trust a new Dentist for my dental work was a terrifying thought. I was recommended to see Dr. Decocker and staff even though it’s an hour from where I live in Santa Rosa Beach. I am so glad I did. As a Dental Assistant I can assure you all protective measures are in place to make sure you are safe, and you feel very comfortable as soon as you enter the office from a friendly staff, updated tasteful decor, and spacious office with private treatment rooms. Dr. Decocker is extremely gentle, kind, thorough-and her dentistry is top notch. I also had a cleaning from the hygienist who was also thorough and excellent. I wish my husband and I lived closer to the office, but we are happy to make the drive for excellent care. This office is Dental Assistant approved..and patient approved!!

The office is nice and the hygienist was very thorough. I received a cleaning and an "exam". Nothing more. Received a bill for almost the whole cost of the cleaning as I am a military retiree and apparently out of network and noone told me. They just booked me and cleaned me and billed me. Very disappointed. Military retirees beware. Instead of the dentist writing off the excess, they will bill you for it. Choose a dentist within network and skip this one.

We were in town traveling in our RV when I broke a crown!! OUCH! After a horrible experience at a competitor down the road I called NFD and they got me in ASAP! The DR and tech were amazing and very calming after the painful experience I just had. They took their time and were very careful not to cause any further pain. This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist, even my own! What a great team! Thank you all so much for making this such a wonderful experience and saving my vacation. Amazing service with attention to detail and very considerate of patient's comfort and well-being. I've heard other dentists may try to upsell patients on services they don't need, while the staff here seem to only advise extra work when appropriate. (which for me, fortunately has only been dealing with the occasional cavity and one tootache) In the moments that I have had any issues beyond what the cleaning appointment would cover, like the cavities or the toothache, they were very generous to help schedule me ASAP to help deal with the issue to minimize discomfort and the problem worsening. And now, in these strange times brought by COVID-19, the staff are still eager to keep patients and staff safe and are applying various measures to avoid people risking getting infected. Examples were: you need to wear a face mask if possible, you now call upon arrival and someone will come out to screen that you are healthy, then you are escorted directly to the appropriate hygenist room, all of which help you avoid risking infecting others or getting infected yourself. While these measures may change as the situation does, I definitely appereciated the precautions. I've been going to this office for at least 5+ years, and still highly recommend it to anyone seeking dental care and will continue to do so as they keep up the excellent work. As a note, to existing patients who had cancellations due to COVID-19, I'm not sure if the office is calling to reschedule yet, but they definitely are accepting appointments again. I just called last week and just finished my appointment today.

I ended up going to Navarre Family Dentistry, even though they were out of network with my insurance. I chose them because they were efficient in getting me in for an appointment promptly, as well as kind and caring. Dr. Gonzalez and her staff were so welcoming and helpful! They were definitely worth the little bit of price difference I had to pay for out of network. I also went back for a teeth cleaning and Lauren, the hygienist, was very thorough & sweet. I would definitely recommend this office.
