Was a visit to get secondary opinion on a crown replacement. Staff was so friendly, helpful and was sympathetic to my concerns and needs. Dr addressed all my concerns and was honest and informative in helping me to choose the best options based on my needs and finances. Moving forward all my dental health will be handled by this team. I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I was not in pain before going in. I was told I need a crown and 2 fillings, by Dr. Youseff. I was in alot of pain after she prepped me for a crown. I would call the office and they kept telling me to take ibuprofen. They bought me in once to adjust my temporary, but was still in pain. Then I went in to get my permanent and they referred me for a root canal. Turned out I needed a root canal. That tooth is fine now. Thank God! But my filling is sensitive, I dare not say a word about that! I did not let them do my other filling, I probably don't even need it! I probably didn't need any of it. I definitely suggest a second opinion. I should have. My gut told me and I didn't listen!

I went to Dr. Youssef a few weeks ago for a check up upon which she told me I needed an extraction because I had a tooth infection. Dr. Youssef took the tooth out right away and I didn’t feel any pain, I didn’t even feel the injection. She was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I was feeling nervous in the beginning but she explained the procedure and calmed me down. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The office is nice and clean. I would 100% recommend this dentist office and will be returning for more dental work.

I had to leave an updated review of this place after I had to deal with the aftermath of their work. The dentist talked us into doing two crowns, and after she drilled my teeth down and put in temporary ones, I had daily pain. I called the office and they got me in, and it turned out the dentist had gotten the bite wrong, so she had to fix it. Then when I came in to get my permanent crowns in place, I was told it would take around a half an hour. 2 hours later it was done. The dentist dropped my crown on the floor as she was drilling it to correct the bite, and when I told her my teeth hurt, she responded "Well, they shouldn't." She then told me I might need two root canals! (I didn't have Any pain before coming here.) in short, the dentist is not experienced, and very money driven. As I was sitting in the chair waiting for her to come back, I heard her sell 2 more crowns to the room next to mine. Two weeks after getting my permanent crowns installed, I still have pain when biting down. We called up the office to have them look at it, and they said they would not stand by their work, and tried to refer me to another place. I wish I had never let this office do anything to my teeth. Just be careful coming here. And if I were you, I would get a second opinion.

Now in pain and I want before... They won't see me to correct their mistake.

Once again Dr Sara was careful and efficient in getting my tooth fixed up. They have the A-Team over there! Best dentist experience I’ve ever had.
