Friendly professional All the ladies are so nice.

Dr. Dietz, and her assistant Katrina performed an excellent and perfect job on my #4 front tooth filling. You cannot tell that there is a filling there because, she stopped the proceedure to insure the filling matched my teeth. Job well done !!! Also I cannot forget Stephanie who double and tripled checked my balance due for future dental work. The prices are reasonable based on what you are having done! This place comes highly recommended by me. I've been a patient there over 15yrs give or take a year or two.

Everyone was soo nice. I had 2 teeth extracted and was in and out of there real quick. Very professional.

They were all so nice and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I haven’t been to the dentist in a longgg time but they eased my nerves and concerns as soon as I sat in the chair. Thank you all for everything you do! 😊

My visit today was great! Better than my last appt. when I arrived, no one was there except the cleaning lady. No one called me to say that the office was closed on my appt. day. I noticed that this place has a high turnaround. Every time I have an appt. it is always a new doctor, new hygienist, etc… Hopefully in 6 months I still have the same hygienist and doctor.

Hands down best dentist office in Ocala.

This place is the best place in town for Dental care. I myself was Scared of any dentist but they made me feel better about dentist. The team are extremely talented. They make you feel like family. I would recommend Anyone to go get dental care done. I got my top plate today and it is a perfect fit I am so pleased with the dentist place thank you to all the staff and my dentist

My experience here was short and very unpleasant. Beware, they don’t call your insurance company until your actual visit. For me, they collected all the info needed a week prior and waited until I walked through the door to call my provider to only tell me they do not accept my insurance. I think the lady in the front is not fit for this job. She had my drivers license in front of her and proceeded to ask me for my date of birth. She was not understanding which left me storming out the front door. Do not recommend at all.

I really enjoyed my visit. The staff members were very nice and polite and I would recommend this to anyone.

A lot going on with a meeting for the office workers. Training people brought in lunch before the actual training. The dentist was in the meeting as well. I was scheduled later in the month of January. They called January 9th to reschedule and closest appointment was in July. Then received immediate call back to come in January 9th at 1:00 p.m. This office has had trouble keeping personnel and hopefully things will get better in the future. I have been going to this office for at least 30 years. Very disappointing that things are in a disarray and cannot find reliable professionals to work there.

Since the moment I walked into the Dentist Place the lady in the front was very nice and Polite the girl who did my cleaning was super sweet and very social which made the experience with them very nice

The worse customer service front the ladies who answered the phone .(Sarah) was very rude , screaming at me , because i didn’t agree on canceling my appointment with her because I been waiting for this appointment for 6 months and now my teeth 🦷 hurts . Very unprofessional. I ask to speak with the manager or doctor, she refused to transfer the phone to the manager . This office used to be a really good office , “NOT LONGER “ . I am not sure 🤔 what happen. Dr, green . Don’t care about her patients , I was there with pain , she didn’t even bother on checking my mouth , she just when by wherever her dental assistant told her too . I literally sit in their office waiting for an RX , and the only thing I saw was negative all around. Sarah and the other lady who sit next to her ; they just sit there to talk badly about the patient who are there. They were talking about a patient who was there while I was there with one of the dental assistant or text ( Colombian lady ) is sad because I was there as a patient and they are breaking patient confidentiality . The manager is a you d lady who is very new ; she is going to do nothing about any issues; she is just going to apologize. I don’t recommend this office is very negative.

Dental assistant was great. The actual Dentist spent less than 30 seconds in my mouth. I felt as if she rushed, end of day, on a Friday.

First visit was great. I called in and even though they were booked they got is in a day and a half later. Very friendly and sweet front desk staff.

My hygienist is very sweet and makes me feel very welcome
