I had a bad experience at another facility. I am so fortunate to have found this one! And right around the holidays. I came in for a cleaning and X-rays and my dentist was amazing. She even finished extracting a tooth my last dentist failed to do. Very friendly staff as well. I would recommend this office!

The practice is now owned by a new doctor, Dr. Lee, I believe? I'm not sure, she didn't introduce herself. I really liked Dr. Patel so when she let us know she was leaving and recommended the new dentist, I decided to try. She was rushed, rude, and knew I was in pain from the beginning of the procedure. She gave the very minimal amount of numbing medication which made me leap from my seat in pain multiple times. I'm pretty experienced with cavities and fillings so the fact that she continued to drill while I sat shaking, was shocking. If she hadn't have already gotten as far as she did, I would have walked out. At one point she even mentioned I was in pain but to bear with her and give her "a few more minutes". Canceled my six month cleaning and won't be returning.

Kind Care Dentistry was amazing Dr. Patel and staff were the absolute best. From the moment you walked in the door. You felt like family from day one. Most loving and friendly environment ever. Visited Normandy Lake Dentistry for my first time under new ownership. No one greeted me, and just a whole different vibe. No one introduced themselves and the doctor didn't even do an exam due to she had no xray capability (system down). I am in the dental field and I have never felt like this before. Was really hoping to love the new dentist and staff.

The staff was amazing. We was in and out which I love. They are very thorough. It’s my daughter and I first time. The doctor didn’t introduce her self to us which I find odd. Usually the first visit the dentist introduce themself. Maybe she’s super busy. Hopefully next time we get introduce.

The staff here is amazing, I was very nervous to goto the dentist after about 10 years of not seeing a dentist, but everyone was very supportive and made me feel very comfortable, never once did they make me feel ashamed or embarrassed about the state of my teeth all of the focus was on the restoration which they did an absolutely fantastic job of. For the first time in as long as I can remember my mouth is comfortable and I'm actually optimistic about my dental future and that is all thanks to the wonderful people that work here.

I've been with this Dentist office for 20 years and new owners took over 4 years ago.The new dentist cleanings get worse every time. Today, my daughter was in the chair for 10 min and the quality of the cleaning should be criminal. Furthermore, I requested not to do X-rays as I get then every time, I show up. As a customer I requested no X-rays but just a simple cleaning but the Dentist refused to do it. In short, the cleanings get worse everytime plus request X-rays, excessively. I'm sure just for the money and zero to do with needing them as I have near perfect teeth. Regardless, I was told to leave after declining the Xray so I requested my dental records. The dentist and receptionist said my records would be emailed to me... However, that never happened which is sad as I have 20 years of records along my 4 kids. I write this because I want to save others for being ripped off on unnecessary X-rays which cause cancer and should only be done every 2-3 years or none if the customer request not to do them. However then Im assuming the Dentist loses money by not doing them every visited so she just kicks you out. Regardless, the past couple of years the cleanings are rushed and bad quality and there is a new staff every 6 month besides the Dentist Dr. Patel. I've been thinking of switching Dentist and today after my experience I'm DONE. I write this review so others don't waste time and money on a horrible Dentist. Note: Notice ALL THE RATINGS IN THE LAST 8 MONTHS HAVE ALL BEEN 1'S. Also, instead of being rude in the office then taking the time to post a response. SEND MY DENTAL RECORDS LIKE YOU PROMISED!!!
