WARNING: PROBABLY THE WORST DENTIST OFFICE! Do not waste your time and go there! I went in today for a cleaning that I could not get back in December, because they didn’t have a hygienist in the office. (Which they did not care to advise when I arrived) After taking X-Rays they advised I need a cleaning, which I thought I was there for because when I made my appointment I advised I was coming in for a routine check up and cleaning. (Pull the call Quality Assurance, as I called the corporate phone number, and because they never answer there phone.) Anyways I went in today, signed in, and waited for 20 minutes before I proceeded to the counter because no one acknowledged me. The reception said my name and advised that she was on the phone with my insurance. (What great customer service) Anyways after another 10 minutes or so, another receptionist called my name to advise of the payment needed. (The only time they are super nice to you) Well I have insurance and I spoke to them after my horrendous experience and they advised one of the deep cleaning was covered at 100% where the other cleaning was not. (The receptionist did tell truth about the second one) So, I then asked for a regular cleaning, which she bluntly advised they won’t do because I don’t have healthy teeth. (Thank you for the insult) I then left because I’ve never had such a bad experience. I started going to their office during COVID in 2020, where the staff was so polite and kind, unlike these unprofessionals. I will advise NOT to go here, unless you want to be charged ridiculous fees and be disrespected. Here’s a tip, with out patients there won’t need to be a dental office. If there was on option for Zero stars I would’ve chosen it!

I gave been calling over a week left messages there open but goes to voicemail this is unexceptional rude wether ur on lunch say your lunch hours and not to return calls is also rude i dont understand the logic something seriously needs to be done

Great place and excellent service! I got a full dental cleaning on my last visit and aI have to say that my mouth never felt so clean before! No pain whatsoever and I wasn’t in pain the next day either. The staff is friendly and polite my only recommendation would be to hire more staff at the front desk.

This location is a joke. 3 weeks of constant calls and always get the mailbox. Then I actually get someone and I am greeted with “can you hold” did not come back for 10 minutes. Over it. Moving on

The worse office ever to work for they gossip about everyone there and patients no one there to train the right way and discrimination if you don’t speak Spanish they have favoritism Not a team office and big time osha instrument are not cleaned right some of them have material left from patient before I’ve reached out to HR and no one has got back to me about any issues I’m having

The service here is terrible. I truly wish I got my braces at another location. Every time you call in they automatically put you on hold and when you do call in sometimes it goes straight to voicemail. When you say a call back number in the voicemail they never call you back. I am currently on hold with bright now on Sand lake and I’ve been on hold for about 8 minutes now and nobody has talked to me. This is an honest review and for anyone who is reading this I’d recommend going to a better location. 👍

Probably the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. They were so caring with me and explained every single step, even though it was just a routine visit! Made me feel special and like family. Excited to continue coming here for all my dental needs

Awesome hygienist! Made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. I highly recommend this Dental office for anything you need done. They are fast, professional, fair, reliable, and do great work.

Extremely hard to get a hold of. I have called them 5+ times in the last couple weeks and no one answers the phones.

Unprofessional!!!! Arrived to my appt on time just for me to sign in and wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes! Mind you, I was the only person in the waiting room. I go up to the front desk and ask when will I be called? The front desk employee responds “oh did you sign in?” I respond “yes 30 minutes ago” then she goes “oh you have to fill out paperwork” I’m like well I was sitting here for 30 minutes in an empty waiting room. I made my appt for a cleaning just for them to do an X-ray and say the hygienist doesn’t have time for me to get a cleaning. NEVER GOING BACK. Waste of time. Choose a better practice. Plus their tools look disgusting. I had to have them open all the tools infront of me after seeing the tools laying around.

Only accepts Medicare. I went in suffering from a migraine because of a broken wisdom tooth and I was quickly dismissed because I have liberty dental insurance

Terrible service. Ive been coming here for the past few years along with my son and I had a dental emergency where one of my fills cracked off (a fill they did). I called for 2 days straight and no one answered the phone( 4 to 5 times). I left many messages. I even got through to the emergency line but they transferred me to the front desk but again no one answered. On the second day it was 9am and they still had the automatic messages advising the office was closed. Luckily I called a another office where they took me same day. Its been a week since I've left messages and no one has even called me back.

I’ve tried to reach you to reschedule and it’s impossible. Your service is terrible. I’ve called about 5 times left messages and no answer. How do I get a new appointment? I could not go the day of the appointment because of Covid-19. I left various messages explaining why I couldn’t go, but to my avail no one has contacted me yet. I am going to wait for your call because I already paid the implant, if not I wouldn’t insist in going to your office again.

Freddy the hygienist is by far the friendliest and most honest person i have found in the dental world.

Had an amazing experience! Friendly staff, and knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. I left feeling like I was in the right hands with a new Bright Now smile!

Extremely long phone hold times just for a simple request 1+ hour on hold? Really? Come on man, that's not right.

Literally, I would’ve rated the front desk 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. Do not waste your time here, they do not care about the time of your set appointment. I had fillings, deep cleaning, and a crown put on here at different times. Very subpar service RUINS everything. The dentist Tella seems good at her practice but is not very informative- WHAT IS THE POINT OF BECOMING A DENTIST IF YOU DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR PATIENTS? She is not very informative at all almost like she doesn’t want to be there. The only person that saves this location is the hygienist Freddy which has an award winning personality and honestly is the only reason I even bothered to return, but unfortunately I will not be returning again and I would advise everyone to do the same unless you are only getting a cleaning from hygienist

The only thing that irks me is trying to call about anything. No matter what time of day you call… expect to be put on hold at LEAST a MINIMUM of 15 minutes to 30 just to speak to someone. So make sure when you call you have a lot of time to wait on hold!
