I’ve been going to Dr. Chapkis for several years. I even drive from Longwood! He’s always friendly and explains procedures. The hygienists are also very caring and do a fantastic job. Office staff is first rate as well!

I am waiting 10 minutes just for make appointment today 7/12/ 22 at 12:28 p.m. , nobody in the office and the secretary talking in spanish with other person but not for dental . Yo hablo Español y la secretaria estuvo 10 minutes hablando en Español con otra señora en la oficina con cosas que no tienen que ver con lo dental . YOU LOST ONE PACIENT .

This place initially was great until the last few visits all of a sudden, now they gotta charge to clean my teeth before they can do the free cleaning I’m entitled too by my insurance. This place is a money grab and scam. The only good thing left about this place is ms Liza at the front desk. She’s an angel and always courteous. Take your teeth care and money to a better dentistry office

The doctor is amazing...careing, friendly and professional....no up sell on stuff ya don't need......just had a crown and filling....great prices.....he is my doctor for life !!!

Dentistry of Orlando is a wonderful dental care team. The whole team creates a seamless experience from scheduling through the appointment and any follow ups needed.

One of the lady’s in the back was nice but unhappy in all and a wasted of time.

Fantastic office. I was greeted upon entering the facility, they took me back within 5 minutes of arrival, and kept a clean environment. The x-rays, initial cleaning, and recommendations were expertly performed. All my questions were answered with a professional standing. Easy to set up initial appointment and to create another. Would recommend to all my friends and family to go to this facility for any dental needs!

My family and I have been searching for a dental office in Orlando for quite some time now. The team at Dentistry of Orlando have helped us bring that search to an end. We can now go to the dentist as a family knowing that our needs and concerns will be listened to and addressed in a professional manner. We went in for our first appointment and we were well received. Everything was explained to us regarding our appointment and what to expect. I was able to stay in the room with my son during his check up which made me very happy. My husband and I were able to get our cleanings done too which saved us a trip back to the office to get that done. We look forward to our next visit😊.

The entire team is friendly, professional and committed to honest patient care. I was further impressed with the extra COVID-19 precautions in place to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Although any dental visit is often not the hi-lite of the day having a bright clean healthy smile makes it all worth it. As a 20 year resident of Lake Conway I am delighted to be their patient - finding a good honest dentist is not easy - so I wanted to share my experience to help others in their search.

This office is top notch. They exceed expectations on all levels from treatment to customer service. I plan for my dental treatment to be performed here even though I now live all the way in California. It's the attention to detail that makes the greatest difference. Staff uses your name, always professional yet personable at the same time. You can tell that they care about efficient operations, in return makes for quicker appointments. What can be automated is automated, what requires a personal touch is handled by a person. You're never pushed out the door or neglected in the process. Truly a community feel and attentive to understanding their client and their needs. The treatment is always thorough and gentle. The doctor's approach is consistent: reviews what he's about to do/look for, explains when there may be discomfort, and reviews what was performed. There was a time where my bite was a little off post treatment, walked in, was immediately attended to, 10 minutes later was good to go. All without having to jump through hoops or scheduling. They get it.

Love this Dentist. Both Doctors are great. Everyone is gentle with my teeth. No pressure of spending money. Just reasonable recommendations.

I used to visit the Avalon location, I could not get an appointment with them for a month out, so I visited their new location. It was truly a great experience. Everyone was pleasant and friendly, they respected my time, and made going to the dentist an experience that I enjoyed!

First let me explain that as a 52 year old man, I’m deathly afraid of going to the dentist and the only reason I go here is because of this dentist and the entire staff. They are real human beings that understand our trepidation and work through it to make sure that we all have better dental hygiene. I cannot thank this team enough for understanding my fears and being the consummate professionals. I would recommend this office without reservation and I know that anyone who goes there will be more than pleased. Stop going to just any dentist and visit Orlando Dentistry.

Everyone I have met at this office is great. They are all very friendly and accommodating. I went here for a second opinion after another dentist told me I had 5 cavities and over $500 worth of work that needed to be done. Dr. Chapkis took the time to go over every single tooth with me and explain in detail which teeth had cavities that needed to be filled (2, not 5) and which were just areas that we should keep an eye on, but did not pose an issue yet. I came back the next week for two fillings and it was painless, quick, and affordable.
