I found Ideal Dental through my insurance portal and DO NOT recommend. After being seen by the dentist she informed me that I needed a deep cleaning that required anesthesia and would be a multi-day process. I was also told that I have 2 cavities. All of that sounds fine, but the price they quoted me was OUTRAGEOUS! $1400!! And I have good insurance! They tried their hardest to get me to take out a care credit line to cover the charges and even offered to split the payments up. Oh, and they didn’t even clean my teeth. I denied the services and got the hell out of there. Luckily, the dentist office I wanted to go to called me with a cancellation and I was able to be seen by them: Brue Family Dental. They came highly recommended. After my appointment with Dr. Brue I learned that I did NOT have any cavities and a deep cleaning was an absurd recommendation for me. They cleaned my teeth and sent me on my way. Ideal Dental is a SCAM. Do not go!

Amazing don’t even explain my experience here.. I had such fear of dentist until today’s visit. I have horrendous experiences , horrifying experiences at different dentist offices. I had a dental emergency for my 2 year old son, The receptionist Newley was SO nice she got me In immediately and Jesus the dental assistant was SO kind . He explained everything to my baby before he did it , which I thought was extremely inclusive being that most offices usually speak to the parent and forget the children should know what’s going on as well. He reassured me everything was going to be okay. I left the office feeling better then I did when I got there . Thank you team for being there for us !
