Had an appointment, showed up on time, if not a tad earlier, and no one was at the office. Waited in my car for about 15-20 minutes until I have up. No one ever showed up. Since then I have called 3 times over the past week or 2 and no one has answered the phone. Very unprofessional.

Scheduled an appointment 6 weeks out. On the day of the appointment the office was closed. No phone call. No notification. No follow up. An absolute waste of time.

Had a new patient appointment scheduled for today. Arrived 15 minutes early only to find the doors locked and no sign of anybody inside. Very aggravating since I took time off work for this visit. Also received a text from the office last week asking for confirmation and another 2 days ago with a link to fill out forms. Doesn't even show a doctor's name on the door (just "DMD" with a big blank space in front), so that's probably not a good sign. Not a good first impression.

Sad to say I loved coming here but after today 10/24 never again if you guys open at 8 why is there no one in the office I made an appointment with you guys two weeks ago for me to come at my 10am appointment time and find the office closed. Such a wonderful office, I recently had a cleaning and an extraction of a wisdom tooth. What a lovely staff and excellent service they have!!! The receptionist named Carrie is a sweetheart! The dental assistant named Jannet is also super sweet and gentle! And Dr. Monica Minjares also super sweet and gentle with the cleaning. Everything was explained thoroughly, check in process was super smooth! I loved everything about this dental facility and i honestly cant wait for my next check up! Coming from a person who HATES dental routine checkups

I called and asked if they did extractions and they said they did. Then I went in and they looked at it and I had to pay $120 just for her to confirm that I have a wisdom tooth which I already told her I did. I didn’t get my wisdom tooth extracted that day. They did not tell me the price beforehand otherwise I would’ve just drove down to my dentist that has good prices that is an hour away. Do not recommend.

i live to far away -- but kerri was kind enough to call me back and go over a few things with me that she did not have to do -- she has 36 yrs experience and took the time to give me the options needed for my dental care and phone numbers to call to go over my issues and reassured me of the tasks at hand -- if you live within a reasonable distance -- i recommend you go and see them because they talked me over the phone -- did not ask for money and pointed me in the right direction -- thank you kerri

Going to the dentist can make anyone nervous. What I like about Town Park Dental is the staff and Doctor Baker. Everyone is friendly and quick to smile and joke around. It's a great tension breaker. Another benefit is the music. The office plays their music loud, so it can drown out the sounds of the dental equipment. I don't know if they change stations often, but I enjoyed listening to the hits from the 90's, 2000's, and today.
