The Office is very clean and inviting. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. It was an overall great experience and we will be back very soon. Update: this office still owes us 150 dollars. Billing is horrible.

DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!! THE FACTS: I was quoted $1500 for my procedure and I got a printed copy of the treatment breakdown after my procedure I was charged an extra $380 bringing my total to $1,880. When I asked about the difference I was told it was because of some extra material that was used. When I looked at my treatment plan at home I saw that what they said was an extra $380 of material was already included in my first quote of 1500. I was told they will give me a new copy of the breakdown but somehow the lady at the front Desk did not know how to print a piece of paper then she said she will email this to me and I never received it. That is dishonest business practices when you say a price you charge that price.Will not be going to this dentist again and they will not get over on me no more. Any reply or comment to this review by the dentistry will not change THE FACTS.

Absolutely love this dentist office. My wife, children and I all come here for our dental care. They are extremely flexable with our busy schedule, take their time and are very thorough. My kids love going becuase the dentist always give them a little toy so I know they won't have the long term anti-dentist anxiety issues a lot of us adults have. Best part is that they are just a trustworthy dentist office, I never feel "upsold" on extra services like I felt at other dentists' offices and they just take their time so I know I am getting a quality dental treatment. They are just the best from the dentist to the hyginest to their receptionist!

Make sure before you pay they under the network of your insurance because they said yes we accept your insurance and after time you receive the difference pill and you will pay it without negotiating

I called this afternoon after finding their number online. Saw they did emergency dental and called them since my husband was a dire pain and needed a tooth extracted. I called and explained the emergency and they got me an appointment for that afternoon. What a disappointment. We got there and waited 30 min to be seen and had x-rays done. Dr. told us our options pull the tooth or get a root canal. My husband wanted it out. She left and the assistant came back and wrote us 2 referrals ?!? One to get the tooth out and another for implants…..We were confused and livid. The doctor never returned and we were so upset that we told them to remove our records from the system. How on earth do you go in for an emergency to not have it taken care of?!? My husband was is dire pain and they did not care one bit. He even told the doctor who we assumed was going to remove the tooth that they needed to give him extra pain meds due to his metabolism before removing the tooth. She said “no problem”. I have never been treated so poorly in my life nor seen such high disrespect towards a person in pain. If they are not capable of taking care of emergency situations they should not advertise it on their web page. I do not recommend this practice.

Totally awesome people! They had a cancellation and were able to fit me in. x-ray me and saw I needed an extraction and offered me one right away.(it doesn’t always go that way but it did in my case) All the ladies were awesome, the receptionist down to the dental hygienist, I highly recommend this place to anyone and I’ll definitely be going back thank you ladies I appreciate you!!!
