My daughter and I go here and love the care we're given. Nika is our hygienist and words can't express how much we adore her!

My dental hygienist Nika is awesome and does a wonderful job all the time!! She is very easy to talk too and just makes the overall experience great. I had all good experiences until about a month ago. I had two molars removed and when the follow up treatment was scheduled, I took off work, went in to the office where they then called me in to ask for 5K which normally wouldn't have been a problem however, they did not discuss that with me prior. Every other visit I was given whatever my cost would be far before the visit. This time I thought my deductibles had been met and there must have been no cost to me. Wrong apparently insurance only does 50% ok but what is 50% shouldn't that be discussed before a person takes there entire day off work and re arranges their schedule. Needless to say I was upset and was like I do not want to even discuss this now I am going home. The blonde lady I believe her name is Sherry comes out of her office and says no lets discuss the cost. I say no I am not happy it's not a good time you should have disclosed this prior to me taking off work. Instead of saying ok no problem sorry about that she says well I sent this to you! I said absolutely not, she then realizes (i guess she meant to send it but didn't) then says to me well you should have asked) now I am really upset and I said excuse me! No I would not bc I though insurance was covering and that was why! It's your job to educate your clients! Then she proceeds (I am now livid and starting to get a bit elevated) I walk back in to the office as requested, then she proceeds to tell me how it is my fault. I try to walk out and she then closes the door on me! (seriously she closes the door on me) who does she think she is?? Unfortunately at that moment I lost it. I asked her who the F*** she thinks she is and that I am not a F***ing child and you do not shut a door on me! I told her do not ever F***ing speak to me again and I didn't want to do business there again. So yes I know that I should not have lost it but you block a person from leaving what do you expect. The staff was friendly and listened to what I wanted / needed. I was given multiple options, they didn't just put me in a box. They explained all the options I could have went with.

The staff at Smiles is at the same time friendly and professional. Years of excellent service have enabled me to develop a level of confidence and trust with the dentist and his staff. This time I had an emergency. An old crown popped off during dinner one evening. I made a call to the dentist and spoke to the on call who happened to be Dr. Watson (not my usual dentist). He fit me in to his schedule at 7:00 AM the next morning. I had a great experience that resulted in refitting my old crown back into place. Thank you, Dr Watson

Waited weeks for an appointment, filled out 7 pages of paperwork online, called to confirm that my insurance was accepted. When I’m in the chair confronted with hundreds of dollars in bills I find out that office staff were incorrect and they are out of network.

I am very happy at smile of the gardens. Dr Barry is amazing and the rest of the staff. Lisbet was great at cleaning my teeth today and was attentive at my concerns. She goes above and beyond and it shows that she really cares about you. Lisbet is awesome. 😀

Smiles in the Gardens has been my dental practice for over 20 years. Six members of my family also see the dentists and hygienists there. You are told right up front whether insurance will cover your treatment. They have an in-house dental plan that is available to anyone, which in the long run, is a better deal than dental insurance. Recently, one of my family members met and was treated by Dr. Barry who he likes very much, and who he felt was very competent and thorough. My dentist is Dr. Etheredge and he is a top-notch, 5-⭐️ dentist! We all feel very lucky to have found this practice!

I met Marivel for the first time today, and I have to say what an absolute delight.I have not had a thorough cleaning like this in years. She was extremely thorough extremely knowledgeable took her time went over x-rays with me and explained a lot to me very very thorough. I highly recommend her for a cleaning. Her personality is the best.!!!!!!

Can't say enough Amazing things about the Entire Staff at Smiles In The Gardens. I'm 50 yrs old and out of any dentist or doctors office I've been to they are Top Notch! Very Friendly, Informative, Knowledgeable, and Extremely Helpful Staff and I do mean Everyone from the front desk assistant to the Dentist themselves, and the Entire Staff. Definitely the Cleanest Doctors Office I've ever visited and the Decor is Beautiful. Service was Exceptional, and Over The Top! Thank you to Everyone there!

I was recently referred by my friend Heather and I couldn’t be more impressed with this office. I had 2 fillings and an extraction done today. Dr Etheredge is awesome and even better are his two assistants Diana and Bethany. They took such good care of me. Thank you!
