The office went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to make sure we understood what our dental benefits would and would not cover. These people are mind blowing low level IQ. They literally couldn’t look up my insurance cause they apparently have no clue what the front desk job is. Then they wanted me to get X-rays which would literally be in my file from the dentist I used….which I got 2 months ago…they legit wanted to charge me for dental X-rays when I did them with another dentist 3 months ago…instead of asking any questions they are just like all new patients need X-rays but they had no idea or any software to look up my file or my dental insurance. This place is absolutely dumb…it’s like everyone in Panama City beach didn’t even graduate high school and somehow work at a dentist place…wasted my time and my insurance money for them to not have any software that even shows my dental history or insurance. Literally the lady had to call delta dental when she’s is such low IQ you can literally get on the computer put in my ID and everything should pop up…incredible that I’m in the military get my teeth done often but these people don’t even have enough IQ points to look up insurance actual insane.

And I was shocked to see the intraoral photos and xrays that were taken! I was clearly shown the calculus and tartar build up on my teeth. I just THOUGHT I had perfectly healthy teeth and gums..

I made an appointment to get my perfectly healthy teeth cleaned. The hygienist took a ton of X-rays, then the dentist came in and gave me a cursory exam. Told me I needed a bunch of expensive procedures. I never did get my teeth cleaned. They charged me $500 for a bunch of stuff I don't need, tried to rake thousands more out of me for more stuff I don't need, and didn't do what I went there for in the first place. This is a terrible dental practice and I won't be back.

Awful! Called in the morning to see if I could schedule a front top tooth to be glued back in. Told her I was embarrassed to go outside. She said she would check and call me back. 5 hours went by I decided to call again. She giggled and said she had checked yet and she would go see and call me back again! Well the day went by and nothing, no call. I now am taking my business elsewhere! Terrible way to business. Another Melennial pretending she's working. Makes me ill!

I was on a boys trip in PCB that got delayed due to covid, and long story short I got german supplexed into a tile floor and knocked out my 2 front teeth. The staff were amazing and got me in within 15 minutes after I had called 3 other dentists previously. They were able to patch up my tooth (split in half with exposed roots) with almost zero whatsoever. Would definitely recommend, 6/5 stars.
