I can’t say enough about the my experience with this dental group. The front office was so helpful and professional. Jennifer is such an asset to this organization. She did everything to make me as comfortable as I could be. I was in extreme pain with an infected tooth but she was fantastic. Now on to Dr. Heidami. I highly recommend this caring as well as skilled Dentist. I want you to know I was an orthopedic manager for 30 years and I know good and caring people. Thank you all again for speeding my recovery up and helping me through a difficult time.

I had a bizarre experience with this dental office. The dentist visit and initial appointment went well, no problems at all and there were no complications with my teeth. He was super polite and informed me that only x-rays and the consultation would be conducted so I needed to schedule a follow up for a cleaning. The follow up appointment with the hygienist was a complete 180. I showed up to my appointment early and the moment I walked back to start the initial meet and greet, along with the cleaning, she began to excessively and unprofessionally berate me about the hygiene of my teeth and gums. I was confused because I’ve never had any procedures or issues with my teeth other than plaque build up. I grew impatient with the one sided lecture and personal attacks after she told me that I was, “getting too old to ignore basic dental hygiene”. I informed her that she was being a little extreme considering I’ve never had any problems with my dental exams and I usually get compliments on my teeth because I haven’t had any procedures other than a standard cleaning. She scoffed at this comment and after that awkward moment, she pushed me into getting the deep cleaning rather than the standard cleaning because it had been longer than 6 months since I had been to a dentist. Midway through the cleaning she was more calm and the cleaning went well. Overall not a terrible experience but maybe she was having a bad day? I found a new provider and won’t be back.

Great service. Broke a molar while on vacation and was promptly seen by Dr. H. for an assessment. Subsequently had a crown fabricated in-house and was back on the beach in no time.

Everyone @ Baytown Dental Office is very nice & helpful. Cindy did a great job cleaning my teeth, & Dr. Rami Heidami did a wonderful job doing a root canal for me. Thank you very much for everything & for a job well done. 💐

The only opening they had was a month away and not only did the keep a look out for any canceled appointments to get me in sooner, they made sure it was around my work schedule

Right after setting my first appointment I received a link to take care of all my paperwork before I arrived. Once I arrived I was given a warm greeting and didn't wait very long before I was seen by Dr. Rami. Very friendly, efficient, great communication before and after everything that was done. Explained everything very clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was made to feel that I have been a client for years. Thank you for treating me like family.
