What a pleasant experience professional staff on time getting my teeth back Dr Miranda is my best friend

I came today with my wife, we both needed a cleaning my wife has 4 cavities that needed to get treated and the dentist said he didn’t see any but he had the light off when he was examining her. I had some build up tartar since my last visit to the dentist, nothing major but I was told that in order to clean that it had to be a major cleaning and it was going to cost me an additional $200. The cleaning it self, pretty much all they did was brush my teeth and floss did not feel like an actual dentist visit. saw some of the reviews that said “painless” no shi*** all they do it’s brush your teeth. Definitely never going there again and i already filed a complaint with my insurance. This clinic just want to charge more for things they should already do. I also needed a mouth guard since I bite on my sleep but dentist didn’t see that either and he told my wife she should get one just because my wife told him that she bites at night too, if he had examined us both correctly he probably would of made more money telling us what we really needed instead of trying to over charge for a cleaning. The lady at the front desk definitely needs some improvements on her customer service skills. I do have one good thing to say and that is the lady doing the X-rays has better customer service than anyone in that office. She seemed new and hurt us both doing the x-rays a bit but she made up with her personality.

Upon my arrival to the Florida area I have been searching for a kind and friendly but professional dentist. So I decided to take a chance and give Dentist of the Pines a shot. I later scheduled an appointment and at that exact moment I felt very comfortable. The staff member handle herself very polite and professional which put a big smile on my face. As I walked through the front doors I was greeted with nothing but smiles and warm welcome. The process was very enlightening. The front desk staff was phenomenal. Hats off to dentist who made sure I left with a smile as bright as the sun on a hot Florida day. Thanks to dentist Miranda and your awesome and phenomenal team for welcoming me with open arms. I would recommend her with the amazing team that she has to anybody and if you don’t believe please give it a try for yourself Dentist of the Pines .

Pain free dental office of Doctor Nicol Miranda and her staff. Highly professional and expert in dentistry. Human approach is unique. It is worth to keep them as personal dentistry team. Knowledge, communication, caring and delivering the best of their talents and skills are Dr. Miranda's and staff top priorities.

The best dentist experience I’ve ever had. From the front desk to the X-rays to Dr. Miranda and her assistants, everything was great. All of my questions were answered and I felt at home. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 3 years and really need attention. I got a deep cleaning from the hygienist and some cavities taken care of all in the same day. They gave me a nice goodie bag to take home I had a bad experience with my local dentist and decided to take the 30 min drive and it was well worth it. Thank you to everyone, you’ve got a long time customer.

Dr. Venezuela and his team are great! I usually hate the dentist but they have made the experience comfortable and pleasant. Definitely would recommend.

Dentists of Pines is the dental office that you need. First, the office I very techie and clean. Second, you don’t have to get multiple appointments to start treatment. In one day, I was able to get my teeth cleaned and I even got two crowns. Dr. Valenzuela did a phenomenal job explaining my treatment plan and all my different options. Also, for the first time I felt I had control over my oral health and I felt at ease with Dr. Valenzuela’s recommendation. I really appreciate his transparency and quality of service. Btw he is really funny and very nice. The entire staff is great from the receptionists to dental assistants. Thank you Dr. Valenzuela for taking care of me. You have a patient for life.

Dr. Valenzuela made me not only feel like a patient but a close friend. I can say that about the whole staff, truly felt like I was home. It is difficult to balance professionalism and a charismatic approach, yet I felt like the overall experience was perfect. Would recommend to anyone needing dental work 👍🏼
