my experience at west pines modern dentistry was truly amazing. the staff is so warm and kind, they made sure i was comfortable and up to speed in regards to everything throughout my entire appointment. i really appreciated the 1-on-1 breakdown on the services and its cost as well. the patient care and professionalism was 11/10. and on top of the great energy, the office itself is so beautiful and just a great place to be. if you’re looking for a new dentist take this as your sign to come to this office!! 🥰🦷

Had the best experience at this office. The Dr. Ninan is so thorough in explaining your treatment plan and options. The girls in the front were so pleasant from check in to check out. This team is out of this world!

Had an appt for me and my daughter at 1pm was there until 315pm when i left my room and texted my daughter who had been telling me that she had to wait for the dentist again as we are walking out the door we saw the dentist on her phone texting. Nobody was at the front desk either and we walked out they focused on getting you to do all this work and pushing for a dental treatment plans. The dentist change constantly there including the office staff. I don't feel comfortable doing anything with this office. Sorry but this team didn't seem like they knew what they were doing.

Yesterday (12\13), I called the office as I my tooth cracked over the weekend. I was not in pain, and they were able to get me in today (12/14), being a new patient. They sent me a link to populate my information. I completed it, arrived at the office, and the only thing I had to do was present my insurance card and drivers license. I literally was there less than 5 minutes for check-in. I saw Dr. Ninan. She is amazing. I had my x-rays done, along with a cleaning (that I really needed), and had a crown done for the cracked/broken tooth. I have nothing but good things to say. All of the staff were kind and amazing. I have a new dentist. YEAH!!! Thank you all so much.

The entire group are customer satisfaction focused. The quality of crowns with a fantastic warranty is priceless.

Omg what I thought would be the scariest dentist experience because obviously no one looks forward to a root canal ended up being the best dentist office experience. Dr. Gad & Milessa are the “bedside” manners gurus! They made sure to explain everything being done and made me feel so at ease. My visit was a success and I’ll be recommending them to the world lol

Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience I've ever had. I wish I had switched to them sooner. I have been cared for and treated like family by this fantastic team. You are greeted with a warm smile by the front desk team. The assistants and hygienist showed kindness and professionalism and makes you feel anxiety free and comfortable. Dr. Ninan was highly skilled, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions; I never felt rushed. The office manager was extremely helpful and straightforward about all costs and services provided without any pressure. I would recommend this office to everyone!

If you are looking for a dentist in the area you really should give West Pines Modern Dentistry a try. My experience was quite literally, the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist, and I really, really don't like going to the dentist, usually. I will go back to this dentist though, for all of my dental care. From the moment I walked through the door, and through the entire process, everyone I met was friendly and courteous, and professional. I was given information about care that I need, but I never felt pushed or pressured to do more than what I was there for. Again, check them out if you're looking for a dentist.

I never leave reviews so this one is extra special: I absolutely love this place! They are so patient with my son who needed extensive reconstructive work after he fell and broke his front teeth! Yes, his adult teeth! They made a 12 year old boy very happy! Everyone from the front office staff, Niurka, to the dentist, Dr Hernandez, and the dental assistant, Jhon, are amazing and welcoming. They always greet us with a smile. Thank you for everything you do!

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to share my experience during my visit. Dr. Kirstie Ninan made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was very professional and courteous. Although it was a standard cleaning, I felt very at ease and would highly recommend this dentist office Doctor Kirstie Ninan as an primary dentist to anyone else.

Honestly after hating the idea of going to the dentist for such a long time, Dr. Ninan made it an extremely pleasurable and comfortable experience. She didn’t overcharge me or make me do anything that I really didn’t need. Def coming back to start my Invisalign plan soon! Front office was a joy to be around! Can’t wait to come back!

So happy I found this place, Dr. Kirstie Ninan was absolutely fantastic. Loved her professionalism and patience with me. I had a lot of questions in regards to my wisdoms teeth to which she was theral and explained the process. Had a cleaning today and it was gental, smooth and just great work. So excited I found my new dentist office who care for their patients for once .:)
