I waited about 2 weeks for my initial appointment. That was just for a check-up and exrays, which seemed to go fine. Then I waited well over a month for my next appointment, in the mean time, was changed twice. Once I was finally seen, I wanted a specific tooth fixed that had (well, still has) sensitivity issues to be addressed first and foremost. Instead, the tooth before and the tooth after the one giving me problems was addressed instead. I found this out after I got home and looked in the mirror. I told the staff that they didn't even fix the tooth that prompted me to make the appointment in the firts place. It turns out, that the tooth giving me the most trouble wasn't even on their radar to be fixed. Now I have to suffer who know how long to have this tooth fixed. I just know that I will not be waiting for Victus Dental on Nine Mile Road.

I’m like most but worse, I don’t like to go to the dentist. It means pain. I found Victus listed through my dental plan. I was looking for a lady dentist because they’re more caring and compassionate. I FOUND my new dentist! Julie Davis. She’s very nice and cares about you and listens. But, she’s not complete without her assistant, Ashley R., Hygenist. She was fantastic. Right off, she made me feel comfortable. She comes across as a very caring person. She had me calmed down so I could relax while she did my cleaning. These two lady’s make up a great team. Im now telling my wife, I can’t wait to go back. They have made a wonderful impression. Another wonderful visit with the best office available. Usually kids dread going to the dentist, but my kids enjoy it! The team makes you feel like family and takes the time to explain the details of the appointment. All the team members are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and understand what's going on.
