I am new to the area and needed a dentist. I researched a little and found this office was nearby and had excellent ratings. My appointment was right after their lunch. When I got there, the office was locked. An employee was coming in at the same time and unlocked the door and invited me in. Soon thereafter, the doctor and other staff entered. Dr Finkelstein took the time to introduce herself and welcome me to the office. That was an amazing first impression. From there, I was interviewed by the doctor, who told me what to expect and explained everything that I did not understand. Soon thereafter, I met with the most amazing hygienist I have ever had the honor of opening my mouth for. Her name is Nicole. She is fun, funny, smart, gentle, professional, and overall delightful. I had my exam, cleaning, and polishing without even a threat of pain. Dr Finkelstein came in once more to go over x-rays and course of action - along with some recommendations for me. My only complaint is that Dr Finkelstein took my pulse and I don't remember her giving it back. KIDDING! So to wrap it up, you know when you meet someone for the first time and you know right away you like that person? That's how I felt with the entire staff. They're all welcoming and kind and made me feel like a valued customer. It's the little things that keep me coming back, and this office is full of them.

Today was my first visit with My Plantation Dentist and and very happy with the service I received. Nicole was amazing! She did my cleaning and explained everything to me step by step giving me tips on how to get better usage of my electric toothbrush 😃. During my visit I also meet Dr. Finkelstein, she is very nice and attentive. She examined me and I got to ask her questions about Invisalign. I am very happy she is going to be my new dentist 🦷.

This is a NON -Franchised dentist. If you are looking to be treated like a number then go to one of the those Franchises. Everyone treats you like family and they remember your conversations from the previous visit. Who does that? The hygienist takes her time with the cleaning....I mean she digs through every nook and cranny as if she were searching for gold. The office decor is so cute and chic. I received a goodie bag when I left. I love it here and so will you.
