Being very anxious of dentists in general, made me so nervous when I sat in the chair. The dentist and his assistant made me feel at ease and it was nearly painless! I had a severe tooth infection. And the pain was gone directly after my appointment. I didn't even need follow up pain medication. 5 days later and it's healing so nice!

Every person here is an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the staff up front to the nurses and of course the doctors. Anyone who has had a problem tooth knows how miserable it can be. I had a complicated wisdom tooth and Dr. Goh did an amazing job getting the tooth out! Going above and beyond! Dr. Lash removed my first wisdom tooth and also did a great job. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and makes a bad situation the best it can be. Very grateful to each and every one of them!

Kim was very nice, really good place if you have bad tooth pain and need to get rid of it ASAP made a appointment on the phone within 5 minutes showed up at 10am took about 25 minutes for them to pull the tooth and meds only took a hour got to keep the tooth and very little pain. It’s been about 10 hours after I’ve had my tooth pulled and I still have no pain what so ever. In my opinion this is the best decision for teeth pulling.

Over the weekend a capped tooth split in two. I experienced pain to the extent I couldn’t wear my bridge. I had heard about “just pull it” and thought I’d give it a try. The Lutz office was open and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. After a nice breakfast at a local cafe they took me as their first patient. Within 20 minutes I was out of there. The extraction was painless and it was quite evident that the Doctor was very experienced. I thank all of you for the fast and quality service. This concept is long overdue and is needed more than ever. Great job everyone!!

I’m not sure who’s left all these wonderful comments they have to be paid for. Let me tell you my experience. I show up at 9 o’clock in the morning they say they open at eight and take walk-ins what they don’t tell you is no doctors are there in the mornings after standing at the counter for around 10 minutes while they talked on the phone and answer the phone and didn’t really even acknowledge my existence I was told that my wife couldn’t be seen until Thursday or I can drive all the way out to Lutz in hopes that they can schedule me in today for an emergency pole. There was absolutely no compassion for the pain that my wife is in right now, so I don’t understand how they have such great reviews. My personal experience was less than bar, none granted they were polite, telling me that they weren’t gonna help me and there wasn’t anything they wanted to do and I could go somewhere else and do it.

At nearly 75yrs. of age now and after having lost nearly all my teeth😢_I can Finally say..I've now found a Dental group that are all of the purest gold! Dr.Herman Goh on Mariner St. in Springhill Fl. and his staff made the whole experience of having a recent tooth pulled more than tolerable..He sets your mind at ease straight off with his wonderful and kind demeanor..Took his time and truly showed he really cared about you! Something so rare that I thought it was non exhistant anymore..The cost was most reasonable too considering their treatment..This same doctor has a Periodontal with surgeries and implants business in Springhill as well..I'd give anything if my insurance HMO would agree to have this same dentist for my future and immediate needed dental work_They say; "Dr. Goh himself can sign on with them"..Pray this can be done..So to make a long story short (too late there☺)_Would I recommend this dentist? Priscilla may be one of the nicest people I had the pleasure of dealing with while booking the appointment. From the moment you walk in the door , you’re greeted promptly and with a big smile . I felt like I walked into another dimension when I came here. Service was so smooth and fast. The dentist did my extraction and I didn’t even realize he was done!! ALL the staff was so friendly and helpful. They were actually also having fun and making it a great day in the office!! Excellent teamwork and moral. Made me wanna stay and hang out. (At a dentist… I know… lol!) Also, the prices are very affordable making it possible for me to get done what I needed to. I was referred by several people and once I went I could see why! I absolutely hate to give any business bad reviews but I really really wish that the dentist didn’t leave out the fact that I have a decaying tooth in desperate need of a root canal WAY more than I need my wisdoms pulled. I strongly feel that I should have been informed of this being that I came here for a consultation regarding tooth pain. I’m young, I’m broke, and 50$ doesn’t seem like much but at the time I was confident that I was putting it in the right place rather than having to pay for another consultation elsewhere. It cost me a lot of extra pain and time and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
