MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INVOICE & CROSS REFERENCE WITH YOUR INSURANCE FOR WHAT IS COVERED! I WAS CHARGED FOR 2 SERVICES THAT'S COVERED! I BOUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION & I WAS TOLD THE OFFICE MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME ...I'M YET TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE, IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS! ***************************************** It was a pleasure meeting Dayanna at my first visit on yesterday! Dayanna rocks! She made me feel so comfortable through out my deep cleaning procedure 😍 because my anxiety was getting the best of me...most of all NO PAIN, NOR DISCOMFORT during my deep cleaning! Have been coming here for about a year or so. Dr golden is the man. Very knowledgable and friendly staff. I had work done at a different dentist about a year ago, and the crown fell off while I was eating dinner a few days ago. I came in to dr golden and he re-cemented it free of charge. Also had a filling, some cleaning, and some other work done by dr golden a few month ago. 5/5 dentist!

Spent 2 hours and a half at the office while getting there on time for appointment. Lady that took pictures and Xray's was super nice and professional. When dr. Golden saw me they told me they can only do a deep cleaning not a regular cleaning and was trying to charge me 1300$, 900 out of pocket. So I left and got a regular cleaning at my old dentist that told me I did not need a "deep cleaning". My wife went the day after, after taking PTO. She had an appointment for cleaning, when arriving there they told her dental hygienist was fully booked, so she couldn't get the cleaning done. Will not recommend anyone to go here. Very unprofessional and will try to get the most money out of you.

The entire staff is incredibly amazing and kind. I come here for myself and school-age sons. Christa is efficient and mindful of time when coming in with two kids for a cleaning. She sets them up to be taken care of simultaneously so as not to wait double time. Shamelia the dental assistant is so patient with kids. She explains the entire cleaning process to them and puts them at ease with all the “scary” tools. And Dr. Golden is the best family dentist one could ask for. We travel from Miami to come here and it’s worth it every time.

My wife and son went in for an X-ray and exam. The office is clean and the dentist and staff were friendly. However they were there for over 3 hours from the start of the scheduled appt time. It seems as if they were overbooked. I went for an exam and cleaning and had a good experience. My only complaint is that they require my son to have his wires removed from his braces before his cleaning. We were not told this is their policy until after his exam. It is very hard to get an ortho appointment with his school schedule, which they suggested in order to have his wires removed before the dental appt and then schedule another ortho appt to have the wires put back in after the dental cleaning. We have never had to have his wires removed for a cleaning before at other dental offices. If this is the policy they should let you know upfront to save you the trouble of going through trying to schedule two ortho appointments and a dental appointment on the same day. He would have to miss a whole day of school and I would have to take a day off from work just for a cleaning. That’s if we can get him two appointments at the ortho on the same day. If you have braces you may want to consider going somewhere else.

Don't be mislead by the pretty decorations & kind voices of the staff. I spent 2 hrs here & my issue wasn't resolved! They wanted to charge me over $1000 for a procedure they recommended. I called my insurance carrier & found out that the procedure was completely covered! I called to reschedule with this new information & I was informed that they wouldn't take my insurance. Various highly specialized equipment was used to take several xrays. I was told I could access my records anytime I needed to. When i asked for them they didn't comply. I had to go to the office physically & wait for them to be emailed to me before leavingtheir office & going to my new appt with a different dentist. Even after insisting on all the records I'd been promised I was only given 2 of the xrays. The office staff also failed to return my insurance card. I had to go to their office to retrieve that as well. Lots of wasted time & aggravation!

Today, I went in for a crown replacement. I was not looking forward to the drilling sounds and pulling that’s involved in removing an old crown. I shared with Dr. Golden that I would be listening to Christmas jazz music while the annoying buzzing sounds take place. To my surprise the drilling sounds were minimal and with one small pull the old crown was history! However, this was not the highlight of my visit. The creation and placement of the temporary crown was the true highlight of the visit!!! Gone are the days of biting down into a gooey playdough, placing to test the bite, removing to shave and repeat! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the technology used by Dr. Golden and his team - my mouth was scanned and my temporary crown was created via 3D printer. My visit was beyond enjoyable. Why make an appointment and have to wait almost an hour to see the dentist? This isn’t the first time I’ve come here and wait for so long. Save your time and go some where your time will be respected. The front desk associate middle aged Spanish woman you need to check the attitude sweetheart.
