If you’re looking for the best place to take care of your teeth then you found it. I was motivated to write this review mostly because of the exceptional service I received from Katie my hygienist, Samantha my consultant, and Brandon for answering all my questions. These individuals went above and beyond to make my dental experience the best I’ve had, and they earned a customer for life that I will refer all my friends and family to. The quality of work is second to none and you can tell that every member of the Tampa Palms staff holds themselves to the highest standard.

I chose Tampa Palms Dentistry because of 5 star reviews. and it was all legit and my visit was worth it!! I've always been scared of going to dentist ever since but today I finally found my dentist.. Dr. Georges & Jessica genuinely took care of me today.. They are amazing!! They made sure I was comfortable & at ease while undergoing the procedure.. All staff are friendly and super nice, also special mentioned to Brandon.. 😀 Thank you all! I'm looking forward to my 2nd visit.

If I could give more stars, I would! The staff at both Tampa Palms Dentistry and their sister office in Brandon, Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry went above and beyond to not only to make sure I was prepared for my procedure but that my anxiety was respected and addressed! I have a history of dental trauma and I’m terrified of Dentists. They listened and respected my issues and boundaries and I am now on my way to a beautiful smile. I highly recommend both offices ( which work together) for all of your dental needs!! Thank you Dr. Georges, Dr. Fadi, Dr. Layton, Melissa, Brandon and all of the amazing staff!

UPDATE: FUTURE AND CURRENT PATIENTS, As this is an ongoing situation for 2 years now, this review will reflect the updates on this matter. I hope that more holistic priorities have developed in regards to profit, but I cannot make a comment on this as I have since moved and continued care with other dentists. As far as improvement goes, I was informed that changes to previous staff went underway and there is new management team. That is a step into a positive direction, and I will access this development upon coming into office and update here. Unfortunately, treatment received here previously has not positively improved, so I will have to get this looked into and undergo additional treatment. Working in communications I often have to read and cover stories pertaining to fears of retaliation. Dr. Georges Raffoul assured that he would fix this situation without prejudice, so I hope that this will be honored and I will be treated with dignity. Concluding, we are working on this matter, and as always, it is your prerogative to receive care from this practice or not. This review is not intended to persuade anyone (especially considering this is ongoing), it is merely to inform.

I had my wisdom teeth removed on 2/10/23 by both of the brothers-oral surgeons. This dentist office is one of the best, from all of the staff upfront (all the ladies including the young man Brandon) and the two surgeons, they are all awesome!! The way I was treated was professional and everyone makes you feel comfortable and educate on everything that will be done, they also have different payment options, and the surgeons making sure I felt comfortable during the entire surgery. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is in need of wisdom teeth removal by an oral surgeon. They are the best in TAMPA, FL!!!
