I’ve been going to this dentist for the past 2 years. I’ve never had an issue with them until NOW. I came in for my regular cleaning and was told by the hygienist that they needed update x-ray since mine were OLD. I asked her if I would be charged for it AT that time she said NO . Yesterday I receive a letter from these people stating I’m 90 days past due. Over something I was told I would not be charged for . Then ontop of that being told the hygienist was from a TEMP agency and they didn’t know I had existing X-rays. Save your money and take it to an office that would accept ACCOUNTABILITY for their actions. I will not be returning and do NOT contact me about removing this !!!!

The worst dentist I have ever been to. The staff is nice, but I came to have my tooth pulled. Their chair side manner is the worest. What is even worse is the care they give after. Is none, they told me; Oh, by the way, I pulled a part of your bone with the tooth, no big deal. I called about a week later, because I still had pain and I was told that I had to come in and see my dentist. Well he only works once a week and I was in VA. not FL. at the time. I asked if I could talk to another Dr., they said yes, but I would have to come in and pay for it. I told them I was out of town and that I felt that when I got back I shouldn't have to pay to see another Dr. There responce to me was: Well then wait 2 weeks till you get back and see your Dr. I said, but I'm in pain now, their responce was; What do you want me to do about that? They were very cold and didn't really care, they would not allow me to speak with another Dr. with out charging me. I am done with these...

Rare combination of human decency and professionalism. Knowledgeable, humble and professional. Doctors & staff is pleasure to deal with. Feels like they want to help more than they want your money. Highest recommendation.

Came here for a deep cleaning and a crown and now I need to get the tooth removed extract my tooth. Even tho it's their fault and they know it I have to pay for it. Shame on these people.from the beginning I could tell they just wanted the money don't come here save yourself a headache.

I am so distraught about my experience there. They gave me an initial plan for 9000 dollars. My daughter helped with a care credit share. Before the initial work was done they maxed out my daughter’s credit card. Then my insurance changed and they wouldn’t take it there. I moved north and asked to refund my daughter’s credit card. They said the apparatus was already made but months later I still don’t have it. They would t return my calls or send the apparatus. Now I owe my daughter three thousand dollars and have nothing to show for it. Shame on you and your practice for gauging prices and then drop me like a hot potato when I got my Medicare. Do NOT go here. They’ll rip you off some at or another. I mean who has 9,000 just laying around in today’s world.

Performed unnecessary dental work and left me in more pain than I started with. They will be reported to the state and I am seeing a lawyer about this.

The cleaning was so fast, I didn't feel it was cleaning deep enough! I had a filling that fell out because I grind it at night, the doctor only gave me a porcelain option and that was it, very expensive, I left the office with the filling open and really not satisfied with the cleaning. 🥺

Terrible service!!!!!Doctor is not friendly,does not smile or make it comfortable for you.... In spite of all this the prices are extremely high. Do not come here !!!!

Made an appointment for my son 3 weeks ago. They took all his information and I show up 20 minutes early and they tell me he is not on the schedule and that they don’t see children!!! I asked and they said no one under 8 HE IS 11!!! Make sure everyone schedule is organized so you don’t waste peoples time!!!

If you’re looking for a new dentist, COME TO PREMIER! I came in on an emergency basis. There was an infection that I did not know about in one of my teeth, and Dr. Shevy addressed all of my concerns and anxieties in such a professional, thorough, personable, and comforting way. When it came to financing, Premier’s team was absolutely incredible and worked with me through the stress. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but Janice was one of the ladies who also helped so greatly. It was so incredible to be made to feel so comfortable at a completely new dentist. You don’t need to have a doubt in your mind about coming here, especially if you have dental anxiety.

I'm glad I stopped by this dentist office based on the high reviews. I'm writing this now to make sure that it is still known how professional, friendly, and informative the staff at this location has been. As a first time visitor, I was nervous about what to expect. But, Jazmin took care of me and provided a fantastic, much needed cleaning for my teeth and gums. The staff will work with you as long as you let them know what you need and/or what concerns you may have during your visit! I have to end my review by stating that this was by far the most pleasant trip to the dentist I have ever had. Thank you for making the trip to the dentist as painless as possible!

Had somewhat of an emergency when my crown fell out. Found Premier on internet and booked an appt the today! Told them I had a flight out today and asked can they treat me. The WPB staff was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The dentist, Dr. Lafila (or something like that. I can't recall her name but she's from Texas) was absolutely amazing. Hygienists we're impeccable! Prepped the tooth and reinstalled the crown perfectly! And at a very reasonable price!!! Which was an added bonus since my insurance doesn't transfer for another month. Just moving to Florida and this will be my dentist for sure!

Their new dentist assistant used permanent cement on a temporary crown, causing a big problem getting it off 3 weeks later.... Here's the long story: Been going to this dentistry for years. There have been several hiccups but I keep giving them new chances. This time I had a new crown procedure started on 6/23/21. The dentist is very nice but then she left the assistant alone. The assistant seemed really anxious and took forever getting the temporary crown cemented. She made the temporary so sharp I had to go back the same day to get it smoothed out. That days actions already felt off, as I've had crowns done there before without any issues or concerns. 3 weeks later on 7/14 I went back to get the permanent crown put in at 8am. I was assisted by a different assistant and she couldn't get the temporary off. I told her it hurt and felt sensitive when she was pulling. She ran off and several minutes later came back with the dentist, who then discovered the previous assistant had used permanent cement on the temporary. The dentist seemed mad and kept shaking her head. She had to use the numbing shot (which hurts), as otherwise it would have really hurt what she was about to do next. It took a while but she was able to remove it in tiny pieces. The entire time I was so worried they are messing my tooth up for good because of this error. I had already paid the full bill that was almost $700. The dentist kept apologizing. It wasn't her fault, so I'm not blaming her but I do hope she spoke to the assistant after. This place isn't a hole in the wall, so you do expect highly trained professionals to work there. Please do not leave your new assistants unsupervised, if they are not entirely sure what they are doing. It's not okay what happened. That was suppose to be a quick worriless visit that morning.

Dr. Casel is great. Very efficient, well mannered and my crown went on painlessly. Maybe the best dentist I've ever used. I highly recommend this place.

I received a coupon in the mail from this place for a cleaning, exam and x-rays for $79. I get cleanings regularly and have never had any issues, but during their exam, the dentist said that my x-rays showed I had a really deep cavity that I was gonna need a crown for. They quoted me $2,500 for it. They also said I had advanced bone loss and gum recession. Knowing I've never had any issues, I got TWO other opinions. I got x-rays at two other places and the two other dentists said they didn't see any cavities whatsoever and that my gums did have some issues but that it was pretty easy to fix with a $100 treatment. I feel like their coupon is just a scam to get people through the door and then charge them an arm and a leg for stuff they don't really need. If you get an outrageous estimate from this place, please get a second opinion!

You know when you go to get a simple oil change and the mechanic comes out and says you need this this and this and it will cost you $$$$$$. That is this place. How is it I have had perfectly great cleaning appointments for years in CT and TX...a cavity here and there...and then I come to this place and it's "you need three crowns and a root canal"...."oh and we're running a discount on crowns in Feb...soooo only a few days left!" Sounds like a car salesman to me.
