Jamie T was the best dental assistant, my son was so nervous to go for his exam and she made him feel at ease. Dr Harmanah and Jamie both took the time to explain everything in detail and they were all best friends by the time we left. The appointment was on time and we the visit was very quick and efficient.

New to the area. I had a toothache and thankful it turned out that I only needed a filling. Dr. H and the treatment plan coordinador helped out so much! I appreciate the front staff for getting me in asap!

This place was amazing five stars!! The office manager is so nice and helps you out. My son had a emergency and needed to get a extraction the dentist was very knowledgeable and made sure my son was comfortable they went above and beyond we will now be using this place as our home dentist ! Thank you

I have gone here multiple times and had to reschedule due to car issues. The phone staff was not only were rude, they charged me 50 dollars to reschedule. I couldn't call Sunday as I was stranded in lakeland hysterical crying broken down on the side of the road. I called Monday morning to cancel Tuesdays appt. Take my 50 and I will never come back. I will spend my money somewhere else. Let the hygienist know why she lost her client! Everything I said to your always rude phone staff I meant. Do not go here!

I finally found a great dentist Russell Hamarnah DMD, and hygienist, Office staff. I definitely recommend him, and his staff. I have never been to a dentist where it was pain free for me.

BEWARE of this practice and Dentist !! I am using a fake name because they scared me. They tried to get me to take out thousands of dollars in loans for implants that this dentist tried to talk me into doing himself. I already had an oral surgeon.I just went to this Dentist for the crown to be applied after I had the implant. I was treated very rudely by the staff and the practice manager pressured me to get thousands of dollars from someone in my family, when I was not approved for the loans. There is some kind of scam going on here, because when I called Dentaquest, they told me that the procedures they wanted to do— bone grafts—-were not medically necessary. I never went back. I was frightened that there was some kind of organized crime ring that this Dentist belonged to. And his practice manager is involved, too. The dentist put his hands on me and kept rubbing my shoulders. It was creepy. I did some research on him. He was sued for one hundred thousand dollars in Orange County Court, for malpractice. He heavily sedated a patient, then pulled out all their teeth without their consent. The staff “ forged” the signature of the patient. Also, the doctor changed his name in court. Stay away !! I was warned by a woman outside before I first went into the office. I thought about reporting this doctor and practice to the State Dental Board, but I’m too afraid. I did tell someone about this at Dentaquest, but I did not make a formal complaint. Most of the reviews for this dentist— the good ones—-are fake reviews written by the staff. They do this every day to bury the bad ones so you don’t see them. Read some of the reviews that were only given one star

Mrs Kim and Dr. Hamarnah are who I see and they do a wonderful job. Efficient and thorough, through and through!

I always have a positive experience at Winter Haven Dental. The staff and doctor are always so helpful and do a wonderful job taking care of my teeth. I would reccomend them wholeheartedly, especially Kim. She's the one to go to if you want excellent dental care!

Great dental office, amazing knowledgeable dentist, all around awesome atmosphere to be in. I have been going to this office for years and have always been taken care of. I will be coming to this office for the rest of my life ❤️

I love love this dentist office I would like to thank Jaimee T and also Kristen these ladies treat my daughter and I like we’ve know each other forever always laughing . Their work is top of the charts this is what a dentist visit should feel like.

This dentistry and staff are the best! Very welcoming and comforting. I was really anxious about my procedure but definitely felt better when the staff helped me stay calm. Dr. Hamarnah is amazing, he works quick and efficient.

DMD Russel Hamarnah is cold and rude just walked away once I didn’t qualify, told him 70,000 was way to much if there was any other option he just got up and walked away didn’t even acknowledged anything else he is just in it for the money he needs better people skills and a lot more consideration toward people who are not rich. I left the office feeling even worse about myself.

Doctors is very cold and as soon as you don’t qualify he has nothing to say once the nurse came with the information of not being approved he literally got up and walked away in such a way that was very unprofessional and very inconsiderate he doesn’t want to help anyone he just wants the money plz if u have gone through this there too leave a comment so other ppl don’t have to go through the Embarrassment or hurt I had to drag myself to go to not be embarrassed and still left feeling worst than when I went

Avoid this place if you value your time. 3rd time coming, 3rd time sitting in the lobby 30+ minutes after my appointment time. Dentist and hygiene lady were nice but the scheduling team is straight trash.

My teeth have never been cleaner! Diamond was thorough, sweet and professional. The new office is beautiful and clean. Very pleased with my latest visit!

Had my all on five fixed denture done at winter Haven dental and I absolutely love love love it! My before and after are night and day. I am so blessed to have gotten referred to Dr H and FeFe. The girls are amazing and Diamond went above and beyond.
