Checking in was a pleasure. Staff listened to my concerns and were prompt with what their actions were going to be. They asked the right clarifying questions during my procedure a they went in detail with what my next steps were. Very polite, respectable and responsible with my care. I also appreciate being seen on a short notice. Tooth aches are not fun to begin with. The entire staff was very patient, kind and authentic with me. I was truly embarrassed and emotional about the condition of my teeth and NO ONE made me feel less than. Great Dentist! Great People! Awesome care! You have to go and experience the difference 😅

Friendly staff, clean facility, and a clear explanation of cost and what insurance does and doesn't cover. I had 2 molars extracted at the same time, they were very concerned with making sure it didn't hurt! I highly recommend this office!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Estes explained everything to me that he would do and answered all questions that I had. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the low price I had for several x-rays and two extractions. Overall, I can't be more pleased with my experience.

Go in for my new patient appointment and turns out the X-ray is down so took off work for nothing, who has only one X-ray and no one told me till I got there and waited. Never had this issue in all my 40 plus years of dental anywhere

Because my old dental office changed insurance companies, I found myself needing a new dentist. Aspen Dental is close to my house and is located conveniently with plenty of parking. The whole first visit was flawless. X-rays, gum checks, and Dentist examination were timely and effective. I have an appointment for cleaning in March. I highly recommend this place to work with you and your dental needs.

They were good. I gave a 2 because unfortunately they like to tap your checkbook or credit card for payment upfront. Then your bill is put it thru to your insurance. The payout from the insurance company is then added as a credit to your bill, which I didn’t appreciate. Therefore you NEVER get reimbursed by your insurance company. I had to finally call Aspen and ask for my money since all the dental work was completed and paid for upfront by me! Not a way to do business. There are other better dentists on the island and much more knowledgeable. then Aspen! Yes they try to do corporate Style dentistry. So do your homework & check out other practices!

BEWARE!!! I don’t write negative reviews but this is necessary. We have the best dental insurance you can get and this office tried to over charge un-necessary charges that “none were covered”. Thank goodness we got a 2nd opinion and found out everything they quoted was completely bogus. Run away from this place and don’t look back.

Great experience. Everyone was really nice, the office was very clean, and everything was laid out very easy.

I liked the respect, cleaning and punctuality. All the staff saw my necessities to talk slowly and used simple words to help my understanding ( I’m just learning English) , when I asked to tireoide protector they found one ( is not necessary expose my glan in x-ray). They made investigating and clear together, this safe my time , the result: I already have my next appointment in 6 months. I don’t like so much the price, but everyone told me, the dentist are so expensive things here.
