If I could rate zero stars, I would. Total lack of communication regarding insurance, it almost feels like this place tries to take money out of pocket to avoid dealing with insurance companies. We flew from another island to get a procedure done, and had this place provided the proper information in a TIMELY manner, we would’ve made other plans. Shame on you.
