The patient does not recommend the clinic.

My favorite dental office. As a dentist myself, it’s hard to find someone else you can trust to work on you but all three docs are amazing here and I know I can always trust them with any of my dental needs. Thank you for always having my best interest. Highly recommend!

My name is Yvonne Neri. I attended an initial appointment early this year with Dr. Camden Tokunaga for a standard root canal. During the procedure, a file broke off and was lodged within my tooth. This unacceptable and negligent service has caused me excruciating pain and discomfort. When I was told I would need to see a specialist by Doctor Tokunaga, he berated and cursed at me in front of my family especially my kids, After receiving minutes of verbal abuse he took the referral sheet from my hand, crumbled it on the ground and left screaming and cursing me. This behavior from a licensed doctor is unprofessional and wholly unacceptable. Dr. Tokunaga also reached out to me multiple times in an unprofessional manner and can be heard crying on my voicemail. For over a month, I had to wait to be seen by the specialist to determine if they could reverse the mistake and injury your office caused me. I had to see another doctor to receive pain management medication while I waited weeks to be seen by the specialist. Once I was finally seen by the specialist they informed me that they could not help and that I would require surgery. The Surgery costs over $3000. I was a patient of Dr. Tokunaga who as a physician was performing a routine procedure. Due to Dr. Tokunaga’s negligence, I was left in pain, injured, with no answer on how I could be treated or what could be done to remedy the situation. Not only was I left with severe pain but also missed days off of work due to the pain and to attend necessary follow up appointments with other Doctors. I don’t recommend this office . I’m still working on my compensation.
