This is the first dentist that I've been happy with in a long long time, maybe ever. The front desk team works smoothly and is very knowledgeable. My dental hygienist is so kind and does an amazing job. I see Dr Kelly Kawahara and I am very impressed. Bonus: The office is very clean and modern.

I was able to get in with Dr. Kawahara to fix a filling that had come out. Considering the pandemic, I felt super safe with all of their safety measures in place. Thank you Smile Suite for being accessible in getting me in and being on point with the Covid safety measures!

They try to get you in for your first appointment to take xrays but then tell you that you can’t get your cleaning for 6 months!! By then getting you in for X-rays, they lock up your insurance so you can’t go anywhere else and are forced to wait the 6 months. Shady. Do not do business with them.

Thanks to a terrible experience at another dental office our family tried Smile Suite. Let’s start with the cleaning, is it possible to call it a spa experience? Shanell was my hygenist and never in my life have I felt like falling asleep whilst getting my teeth cleaned. She had an amazing soft touch and I didn’t walk away feeling like a construction crew had jack hammered my grill (that would be a reference to the terrible experience my kids had at a place in Kahului near the old Lowe’s). Dr. Girard is amazing. He simply told me what he felt needed to be worked on and it never felt like a sales pitch. I would highly recommend Smile Suite, Shanell, and Dr. Girard.
