Blackfoot Smiles

Great experience! Called on a Tuesday & had an appt the next day, Wednesday afternoon. Had a crown come off & everyone in the office from Marcie at the front desk to Dr. Weaver were professional, courteous & delightful to interact with. While treatment is ongoing, I must say for a 1st time dental visit this is by far the best experience I've ever had! Dr. Weaver was helpful, insightful & provided me with options that we will explore in the weeks to come. I would recommend to anyone! (I'm not a paid client nor was this review solicited. I appreciate courteous, friendly service when I receive it & feel it deserves praise & recognition.) UPDATE: About a month later I called for an appt that week, got me right in & Dr. Weaver was able to solve & resolve my issue. I was in & out of the office in 30 minutes! Quick, easy & painless. On checking out Marcie was so kind & told me the previous visit she accidently overcharge me $5 & it was going to be credited to the current visit, WHAT?! Who does that?! It was $5 like I would have known but it helped me to appreciate the honesty of those Dr. Weaver employs & that simple act speaks volumes to all who work here! Thanks for a fabulous experience!!

I have soft teeth even after brushing and everything any dentist recommends, I always have at least 1 to 2 cavities after 6 months. So one would imagine I have been around to dentist in many places. After moving to Blackfoot I had to find a new dentist I found Blackfoot smiles. They are amazing and did a great job for me and my family I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Weaver is amazing. He takes really good care of you and makes sure you’re always comfortable.

I had two teeth that were damaged so badly I couldn't eat most foods. I contacted these guys to get them extracted. The soonest they could see me was a week later. I was in pain everytime I ate and more, but I understood, it was just the way these things work sometimes. Day of my appointment: To be fair, I was about 10 minutes late do to a little crisis at home with two toddlers. But everything after that still needs to be addressed here. Even though there were atleast 3 people working in the office, only 2 other clients were there. (Only one was upfront with me.) I waited for over 15 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was in the facility. Then they had me fill out a bunch of paperwork that they did not tell me I needed to fill out earlier. 5 more minutes passed by that could easily have been avoided if they gave me the option of filling it out prior to my appointment. Ultimately my teeth needed to be extracted, (like I told them over the phone) but Dr. Weaver told me he couldn't pull either of them that day. It was a little frustrating with all of their delays being a huge factor in their inability to pull them. but it was what it was. When I asked to get a prescription for the pain from having two fractured teeth that even agrees need to be pulled, he informed me in what definitely came off as a snooty aloof manner "oh, I don't write those." Thank you for making me wait a week in pain longer, just so you guys can ignore, disrespect and ultimately not take care of me at all. Then won't even give me a way to eat without hurting though you're forcing me to reschedule the exact same appointment a second time. I will never go back to this place, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Based on the poor treatment I received I can tell you the "smiles" are only on the surface there.

Dr. Weaver is the best dentist! He has been the best dentist I have ever been to. I'm 48 and know the difference. I have a whole lot of anxiety just walking through the door. He is kind, patient, understanding of my anxiety and fixes me right up!

Busy place. Competent dentist, but little chance to get questions answered due to many patients. Comfortable waiting area. Our experience was with our daughter years ago.
