Aspen Dental

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. My normal dentist was closed chose Aspen because it was down the street and they accept walk-ins. Spent 2.5 hours doing exams then was told not enough time to address my tooth pain. I stormed off beyond frustrated. Next day unfortunately had to return as a walk-in again which was told by receptionist to come at 12:00 or 2:00 are best times and that I needed to finish my paperwork but they could address my pain since they already had X-rays and knew the problem. Arrived at 2:00 and had to wait for Justin to return from lunch at 2:40. Justin tells me that the Doctor was willing to take his own daughter off the schedule for me this morning but now there is not enough time again to address the pain (open up my teeth clean out infection and Medicate). How would I have known there was an opening? Justin says you shouldn’t have stormed off like a little kid and you would have known. Ok but you take walk-ins and I was told to walk in at 2:00. Justin proceeds to call me a “piece of work” for getting upset that again I expected to have my teeth worked on and again that expectation is not delivered on. They shouldn’t take walk-ins and Justin shouldn’t be in a management position. I can’t just walk into a hospital and get treatment for teeth, it has to be a dentist. I chose Aspen and that was a huge mistake! FAIL FAIL FAIL in every category relating to customer experience and customer service! I’m sure I will get a bill for the X-rays too!

Great experience! Amazing, friendly and engaging staff! The building itself is clean and well taken care of and they were quick and informative. Fun conversation while still getting Great quality of care, makes the difference. After working over a decade in medicine myself, I appreciate a real down to earth staff with great bedside manner.

I had the best experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and that I understood what all of my options were. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who wants quality dental care by a wonderful staff that truly cares!

The staff was extremely nice and my teeth feel great. My dental hygienist seemed to really take her time on making sure my teeth were cleaned properly. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the pricing felt a little misleading at first. I had to ask tons of questions and reason through why they initially wanted to charge me way more than the cost ended up being. Overall though I really liked this location and my service. I will definitely be returning!

I was extremely anxious before my visit, as I hadn't been to a dentist in years and I wasn't sure if my insurance was going to work (I didn't have proof of insurance). Everyone here was super nice and helpful and able to figure out my insurance quickly. The dentist and assistants were very good about telling me exactly what it was that they were doing every time anything went into my mouth and any work I needed to have done was thoroughly explained. It was definitely a great experience for my first time going back to the dentist.

I usually have hard time with dental doctors but the one I got at Aspen dental was awesome and quick. Very little pain and got done in now time. 👍

This place is a scam. The dentist are great. The office people are fantastic scammers. They tell you it's one price. they get you started and just when they are suppose to finish, they charge you more. I'm lucky I voice message my husband every day we are not together. because I knew this would happen. sure enough my gut feeling kept telling me some thing like this was about to happen. they have no record of what I had agreed to pay. every time I had contact with them, I'm reassured that I only owed so much my next visit. I talked to all staff and they all said the same thing even 2 weeks before they were to put Temp caps. my husband with me, hears me ask the lady how much I owe next visit. 300 something. the day came and it went from 300 something to 615. they can't even answer how that happened. they have no record of what I was agreeing too. the lady that helped me no longer works there. but they contacted her and said they were applying a discount. then when I asked to send me how much more til I'm fully finished that discount was a lie they added an extra $1000 then offered to ask the dentist to take the hit and credit back 114 (again not the dentist fault) . after listening to what I sent my husband when I first went in, to what they sent me, it is definitely not what I agreed to. Not only that I literally had to beg and plead for them to stop pushing medications I never asked for or wanted causing more anxiety. the dentist even told me I didnt needed it and suggested a good night sleep and eat before going. it worked! If the office staff isn't certified to issue meds please stop pushing them. I will never recommend this place. I wish I would of did more research.

I felt comfortable when I walked in. Everyone was wearing a catching smile. My fear was very quickly minimized. I look forward to starting my improved mouth. Thank you for everything.

Highly would not recommend if you have tooth pain! I came here with severe tooth pain that was so bad that I couldn’t sleep or eat. This was the only dentist I could find that would get me in ASAP. I ended up needing a root canal and they couldn’t get me in for a month. I understand scheduling is difficult, so that didn’t upset me. However until I could get my root canal to help with the pain, all they did was prescribe me Ibuprofen. I told them I was obviously already trying Ibproufen and that it wasn’t helping me, I left the office crying because the pain was so bad and they did nothing. Not to mention the wait was super long and the doctor did not help my pain. I ended up going elsewhere the next day and they were able to complete my root canal day of and prescribed me proper pain killers. Also Aspen Dental would not release my X-rays that they took to the dentist I ended up at. Ended up being a huge waste of money and time coming here. Never again.

October 29 I was fitted with a temporary crown. Paid it in full which wasn’t cheap. As of today December 14 I still have not received it. It is coming from Hong Kong of all places and they said it got hung up in customs. So they have ordered another one. Wait again for 2 months? Hope not. Question why is this being made overseas and not in a local lab. If and when I get my crown, this will be the last time I use Aspen Dental. Well this is an update 5 days after my initial post. Crown came in and got it put on today. I just want to make clear that I was upset at the process of having this crown made but not upset with the staff. They are wonderful, kind and nice. So I want to take it from one star to 4 stars.

The best experience in my life. Everyone is way too kind and smiling, smiling. Their care is pricless. Highly recommend if you need honest pricing, great work and friendly place to do any dental care.

I greatly appreciate it the people all around treated very well enjoyed making staff member laugh as there was no down at the mouth look for many member of the staff all very professional even had some of the greatest smiles I've seen in a long time the attitude was really great as they are really wanting to help people it made me laugh and made me crack a few jokes to make them laugh that's what makes a great business this week enjoy is what makes an enjoyable contact 20 new patients I thank you very much for the great time looking forward to coming back sincerely and respectfully DreuWWrightJr.

This, my first visit to Aspen Dental was very nice. Everyone was cheerful and professional. I feel I had very good care from each individual. And, they worked me in for a dental cleaning right away.
