Leave with a smile, end up with a frown after the billing department screws you. Late last year, right before Christmas, i had some tooth sensation. I thought i better get that checked out. I payed this place a visit seeing it's across the street from us. We live in the legends subdivision. I go in, and the doc says i need a crown. Ok. No biggie. I was in no immediate pain, so we deferred work for a few days. They had my insurance info from the get go. I ask on the way out, "how much is my out of pocket?" The receptionist/insurance specialist says, "its this much." Cool, i think. I'll be back. I come back a few days later and get the work done. No complaints on the work. Two weeks later, a bill shows up. $500ISH BUCKS!!! There must be a mistake! My wife and i call and speak to the office manager. She says there is nothing she can do. WOW. Come to find out, our insurance wanted me to wait until the following year before they would cover me. TWO WEEKS. Again, no pain. I was being proactive on the procedure. This office never contacted my insurance prior. Thats the point. If they would have, we all would have known this and we would have waited two weeks. I'm sorry, but if you are in the buisness of insurance, you should probably do your job and call the insurance company... People, dont be fooled with the pretty office. Behind the counter is incompetent staff that will cost you in the long run. We argued several times with the office before being sent to collections. Awesome. Cant wait to tell all my friends, family and neighbors! Beware!!!

As soon as you get in from the outside, the front office employees welcome you with a big hello and a smile on their faces. The entire office is very friendly and warm. Dr. Dave Cantwell is funny hilarious and put you at ease. My first visit. The entire staff and Dr. Cantrell were very friendly, skilled, and professional. It was me that might have been a bit crabby...I just never enjoy a dental procedure. Again, I still don't love any kind of dental procedure, but still believe this is the best place around with highly professional and friendly people. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
