Had a consult with Dr. Bauter just last week and I can def say that I’ll be back again, and I say this with confidence! Although, we didn’t do any work, dr. Bauter did go over an extensive personalized treatment plan for me. Dr. Bauter thorough and patient with me as i asked 20 questions. He’s kind & nice & smiled as we spoke. The assistants are right there with him. They were also sweet and welcoming. I plan on continuing to come back and will def tell my family to start seeing him too. I'm very disappointed with the communication between office staff and myself. I was never told I was out of network for my insurance, until I got the second bill.... I was referred to by my dentist who was on vacation and was charged an exorbitant amount just to have a crown glue back on. Lesson learned, ask questions

I just changed to Dr. Bauter and I'm very glad I did. The office staff is great and the care I'm getting is better than I expected. For those who are still careful about COVID, Dr. Bauter's office will ensure that you get a hygienist who is vaccinated if you so desire. That was the issue I had with my old Dentist that caused me to seek someone new. I'm glad I did. Update: I just had the chips in my two front teeth fixed and Dr. Bauter did an amazing job. He walked me through every step he had to do and the results were excellent.
