Great experience!! I really appreciated the time Dr. Taylor took to explain everything. His approach of really caring for the comfort and well being of his patients is above anything I have experienced before. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and sincere. The rest of his dental team also reflect his caring, knowledgeable professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor if you are looking for a dentist that you will actually look forward to seeing. I have been seeing Dr. Moon for close to 20 years, and he is the only dentist my kids ever knew. We loved him and his old staff and traveled from across the valley to see him. However, the current change in staff has led to nothing but headaches, they are incompetent and rude. Issues with their inability to bill insurance even though I explained it numerous times and now they refuse to bill insurance and will only treat us for full payment up front, because I told them how incompetent they were. Not even a courtesy call to tell us this before our appointment. We won't be seeing the new doctor or dealing with the new staff. Sorry to see Dr. Moon retire and lose his great office staff.

Great office! It’s refreshing to see how much the doctors and staff care about the patients. The hygienists are friendly and gentle. I saw Brooke and she was GREAT! And both Dr. Moon and Dr. Taylor are wonderful- they listen to your concerns and treat you like family! I highly recommend this office!
