Had 2 root canals and a cavity fixed! I feel great! Can always trust them with any work

I had a cleaning and Dr. Daley recommended some preventative work. I made it a point to confirm with the front desk that it was covered by my insurance. I was told that it was covered besides my copay. After the procedure, I received a bill for $1,300. I explained how clear I was prior to the procedure before deciding to go through with it and Dr. Daley decided to split the difference of the bill with me. I understand that mistakes happen. I also had botox treatments for TMJ as well, and the second time I went in for a procedure the price per unit had changed. No one informed me. The communication at the OFFICE is clearly lacking. Still, I didn't complain and simply asked "why was I not told beforehand" - I paid on the spot. This second TMJ treatment left my face numb and gave me unsightly features that changed the appearance of my face. It has been a month and I still have numbness and discomfort, with some portions of my face still not having returned to normal. I once again spoke with the office and sent them photographic evidence, expressing how upset I was and a refund was credited as long as I paid my remaining balance (the one that Dr. Daley split with me). I then paid my whole account in full. Two days after, I received a letter, that while polite, implies that I am a difficult patient and they would no longer be treating me. This couldn't be further than the truth. Every single one of my claims above was warranted and a mistake on Dayley Dental's end. I simply expressed my concerns and spoke up. Currently, portions of my face look like I have stroke symptoms and the preventative dental work Dr. Daley first did has to be redone for a 3rd time.

We love this office! Dr. Dayley always goes above and beyond and he truly cares for his patients. We’re so grateful we found him. My kids look forward to his office cookies and his cookie helper was gone today, so he made cookies himself! Thank you Dr. Dayley!

Absolutely great Dr. Staff and office experience. They are so gentle with my face pain- Trigeminal Neuralgia, and helpful with my increased risk of dental problems due to medication I just can’t say enough.

I write this having just come from the most gentle, pain-free root canal ever. Dayley & his staff are wonderful, compassionate and kind. Anxiety after a horrible painful experience at a different dentist office (sounds like Pillow Wee). had kept me any from dentists. I decided it was time to woman up and get my smile up to par. As you can imagine there are some issues. There was no judgment from Dr.Dayley nor his staff, they went over my dental needs and we began the work today.

My husband took the extraction service from Dr Blake. Even though the service was good and he recovered quickly, there was a miscommunication on sedation payment that costed us $800 we tried contacting the doc but we didn't hear back from him. This is terrible service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hospital.

When nightmares comes true, don’t worry Dr Dayley will be resolved them with all his heart. He is a responsible Dr that I have never seen before. I am very appreciate him about resolving my “nightmare” on his dayoff. Highly recommended!

Called because my cheek was swollen . They where able to get me the next day. ( thank you) They did a lot of tests and I was so happy to know that my teeth where ok. With more questions they tested my bite, and sure enough that was what was gone on! Thank you Team Dailey!

Dr. Dayley and his staff are great. I’ve been to a few dentists in my 30 years and I know I am in great hands when I go to Dr. Dayley’s. He is relaxed but maintains a professionalism that is mixed perfectly. It makes me feel at ease. His practice also takes the best safety precautions during this COVID-19 pandemic. All around, phenomenal dentist and staff.

My wife and I have been going to Dayley Dental for years and the entire staff continue to be professional, friendly and accommodating.

Might just be my experience, but I've gone to him 4 times (keep assuming it had to be a fluke thing) and every time I leave with hurting teeth that never hurt at all before. He is really kind and his staff are really nice, though.
