I had an appt with them for early January, I was called the day before my appt to inform me that the dentist was in the hospital and they would call back to reschedule. I never heard back, when I called early March to attempt to reschedule I got the message that they are temporarily closed. As somebody with a hole in my tooth and experiencing intense tooth/jaw pain, I would’ve appreciated an email letting me know they wouldn’t be opening for a while.

I was told this is my primary care dental office, so the dentist I'm SUPPOSED to be going to, and i've called 12 times in the last few weeks, left message after message after message. no one has ever answered and no one has ever called me back. If you call and they actually answer, I'd love to know. Because this is just crazy.

GRADE A...I always get pretty nervous and uneasy..but the vibe they have going in this practice is very warm and relaxing. If you’re looking for a second opinion Dr Heemeyer is your guy. Six years ago I was told by my then dentist that I needed a crown. After seeking a second opinion by Five Mile Dental, Dr Heemeyer let me know that a crown was not even needed. He could have offered to do the crown at a lesser price and I would have never been the wiser. He had checked the same tooth every six months and I still have that tooth after six years. So happy I went to Five Mile Dental. If I ever do need a crown or other procedure I’ll know it’s needed and I will likely pay half what most practices charge. The other uniqueness of the service here is that Dr Heemeyer performs the hygiene himself. His service is unmatched.

My experience with Dr. Heemeyer and Heidi was without a doubt the best dental experience I have ever had! They are both amazing to work with and took excellent care of me. I really feel like they went above and beyond what I expected from a dentist and their service and work Dr. Heemeyer did on my teeth was nothing less than stellar! I had severe pain in one of my molars and when I called them, they were able to fit me in that very day. Not only did he fix the problem, but he explained everything and helped me understand things that I was not aware of all with extreme professionalism and also is aiding me in creating a dental care plan that will improve my teeth and not cost me a fortune!
